I thought harp pedals had to be set before a piece. i didn't know you could use them like piano pedals.

you don't use them like piano pedals. on pedal harps the pedals are used to change key.

How lovely!  I used to play this piece on the piano and wanted to know what it would sound like on a harp. It sounds lighter and more tinkly on a harp, I think. :)
