just go to control panel for xp go to network and internet connection or vista network and internet sharing i think.....

then u go to network connection for xp and vista u go to network and sharing center.... ok u see that u have a wireless connection and it work

right click it and go to propertise and then go to and for xp go to advance and click the first box and click ok or apply

for vista u just go to sharing and click the first box

Some people don't have the router next to their xbox and having a wireless pc or labtop helps because you can just move them to where the xbox is but yeah is not really wireless but it works.
