I was the same way, but now i am graduating from high school and being around so many more people in high school might be a hard transition, but after the first couple days, you will meet so many great people that you wont have to worry about being in a bigger school and remember so many others feel the same way as you do.

I've always loved this song. It describes me perfectly. I, too, have loved and lost, and he got married about a year and a half ago. We were together from 2002 to 2007, from when I was fourteen to when I was nineteen. We were engaged to be married. It ended that same year we got engaged. Funny how life throws curve balls. It was the worst day of my life when I found out he got married, but last night, I decided I've been trapped in the past for too long...

This song brings back so many memories :( I was with my ex gf for a little over 5 years and I loved her with ever fiber of my being but she broke my heart and cheated on me so many times it was ridiculous, i still have a place for her in my heart if she ever comes back but the way i see it is, "If it is meant to be, then it shall be, if not then set them free" I did that and Now I am in love with a new girl but she's slowly breaking my heart into a million pieces and she doesn't even care... :(

we pulled the plug because she was in a coma and everything was slowly shutting down.

my ex girlfriend an I broke up back in march, she was my first love so it was really really hard for me. I was a serious wreck. No matter how much time goes by im still gonna her till the day I die. I was able cope with it at first but a couple times during the break up we hung out and it just brought back all the emotions that I had when we first broke up and I had to start all over again. You just got to find ways to cope with it.

Almost all of these comments are about a boyfriend or girlfriend leaving... i cant relate to that... but i am only 13 and i lost my brother when i was yound and i am dealing with depression over it... the depression has caused seizures, and everything else, and im only 13... Im lost... but i think im finding myself, with the help of my friends and loved ones... they are so supportive... and this song has helped a lot. Thank you rascal Flatts<3

This is a great song, it teaches us not to be overly sentimental, cuz that can really hurt sometimes. 'Life has been patiently waiting 4 me' and once u find ur way out of the past, you'll see all you've been missing. But u have to keep moving on to the next step when the one you're on fades from under you're feet. Thats just the way it is.
