  • You said in an earlier video that soaking oats overnights is a good idea because it begins to break down the bonds in the starch and allows the body to absorb the carbohydrate more quickly...BUT IN THIS VIDEO, you advise AGAINST speeding up the breakdown of complex carbohydrates (in this case by cooking them) because of the resulting spike in insulin levels.

    I'm not hating (I like your videos), just pointing out an inconsistency that I noticed. Thanks for the vids ;)

  • @zubacf cardio doesnt burn muscle unless your running marathons due to over training. continue to eat constand protein and you wont lose the muscle

  • @zubacf cardio doesn't burn muscles, it burns fat, calories....conversely when u do cardio u get stronger muscles on ur legs, and also ur abs get workout,
