Personally I think every cop should be LOCKED UP in JAIL for at least 6 months. So they will think twice before putting another soul in that hell. Let them experience it. If they are vets and a have been through hell already thats good enough.. Most people who have been in dark places are hessitant to put someone else there.
You must file a writ of MANDAMOUS QUO WARRANTO, to disolve this corrupt local governemt that is seated in Keene so that the court house, the land and all of it's property can be retuned to the people. All of the judes, prosecuters, commisioners and etc. would then be removed then replaced and start over, this would be law, not what we are seeing here now.
Nothing more than a bunch of malcontent provocateurs who like to bait the police. Now they really push the envelope by protesting at the cop's home. What an annoying bunch of children.
I dont understand. Sorry, Im a bit dinse. I thought the person asulted was a male? his wife is in jail to? he was beat so bad he has lost his "manhood"? Well, do what he did here in texas and he would be dead and no cams or witneses, So NH still looks good to me, at least for now.
Oh yeah Jim....I want your attention.....come kill me....ooooh golly. And...its against the code of troll ethics to re-use the insult I initially used to lure you into replying to me. God - do I have to teach you EVERYTHING? I would believe you about the wife bit though, if I actually believed a mid aged grouch like you could even sustain an erection - but I doubt you can.
Well Dave Ridley....I do declare....are you actually deleting some of my comments? What happened to FREEDOM! LET FREEDOM RING!? Its okay to post and humiliate others but for me to list PUBLIC information about Ian Bernard is not okay?
It's a shame you have to make a new name... Did you really give Ridley the Satisfaction of knowing you changed your name just to access his exclusive channel? You must REALLY want to see what he has to report on :)
But in all honesty, 1 comment is enough... nobody wants to read what you have to say 20 times... You're polluting when you drown out what others have to say.
Times are a changin up there in the land where they "Live Free or Die"
In all honesty? I wouldn't expect anything otherwise. So what is it? 1 comment is enough and to stop - or keep it up its working? Some libertarian you are....just because someone has an opposing opinion you want them to zip it...keep quiet...CENSOR. Not me - get used to it...keep trying to think up some zinger to make me shrug - whatever! Unlike trolls like you - I answer a question when asked. lol - pathetic...you are.
You only need 1 comment ON THE VIDEO if you are smart enough to articulate your point in 500 characters or less
Your crybaby comments are getting so old i'm probably not the only one who just passes over them... We're asking you kindly to stop polluting the channel with 20 comments and focus on the issue in the report.
It is getting obvious you don't even believe what you write anymore, you just wish to argue with anyone who posts which is fine
srs? l2think. Nothing about freedom entails the ability to freely use what is controlled by others. If youtube decides to give channel creators the ability to regulate commenting, there's nothing violently oppressive about exercising that right, etc. etc. Troll moar.
Everything you typed was hunky dory - until the last itty bitty name calling. You just couldn't resist - and effectively groups you in the same category you place me. You people are so damn hypocritical - you fall flat on your face with every argument you make and the sad part is you truly don't see that. The troll bit is lame....see it all the time - unfortunately, I do not fit the definition of a troll simply because you don't like what I say.
Generalise? You mean like planetaryjim advocating the murder of all "pigs" - regardless of who they are? The list goes on and on on these vids.....all government workers including a janitor in a public works garage as being the scum of the earth. I don't think my having an opinion or answering someone is spamming - its discussing - with an occasional banter of sarcasm, which is only directed when said responder shoots first.
No Silent...I've never needed to delete you. I'm glad you're here. I do however get a lot of complaints from folks who think I have deleted them or their stuff. Usually it's youtube's bad comment setup messing with them I think. There are not many types of comments or visitors I will delete.
planet jim - its not rape if your wife consented. Your words...your website....your personal bullshit life story are pathetic and about as interesting as the contents of your toilet.
I don't have a wife, peckerwood. Your personal animosity towards human beings, and your pig loving infatuation with everything swinish and porcine are amusing. I do appreciate the report on the contents of my toilet, help yourself to as much as you can eat.
You don't have a wife? I can't imagine why...you're so INTERESTING. Animosity towards human beings...?...POT KETTLE BLACK. You have offered nothing here that even closely resembles discussion - your very essence is as putrid as your website.
DO NOT !!! DO NOT !!! set foot on another man's property without permission. If you are protesting, you MUST keep it on public property. YOU may not think that burning candles in someone's yard is threatening .... another might not think that burning a cross in someone's yard is threatening. The bottom line is. RESPECT THE PROPERTY RIGHTS OF EVERYONE whether you agree with them or not. Don't take the "law" into your own hands. Learn how to appeal to higher courts if need be.
eugenics proponent Woodrow Wilson signed into law a brutal sterilization act, and the next year eugenics adherent Theodore Roosevelt wrote of the need to improve racial qualities.
The vigil was held on the sidewalk and on the street, not in his yard. They weren't trespassing, they were on a public easement and on a public street. Fuck the pigs, and fuck their property rights. They don't respect my property when they want to kick in the door.
Stop trying to scam the lottery and they won't have to. lol. As if any cop cares about you and your damn door....you're using your two piddly arrests to garner attention. One cop out of a million wailed on you and now you...with your MA spends his time on youtube crying about it. GET OVER IT...MOVE ON.
He was asked whether or not the federal government could mandate a state not have a state religion, and he responded he had no power to stop them as president.
Anyways, I am and will continue to challenge my beliefs with those of the bible. I just wonder, though, how your beliefs line up with your belief that you came from a monkey and all... survival of the fittest... no?
I, to, am of the view that our creator gives us our rights, and not man. If you choose to not believe in that creator, that is your deal. You have free will, and we cannot make you believe. Why must you be aggressive about it though? Speration of church and state is not in the constitution, nor is it a large subject during the convention. Penn. had a state mandated religion at the time I believe. "A wall of separation between church and state" is something Jefferson said in a letter while pres.
'Speration of church and state is not in the constitution'
Oh yeah?!
'Congress shall make no law respecting an establishment of religion, or prohibiting the free exercise thereof; or abridging the freedom of speech, or of the press; or the right of the people peaceably to assemble, and to petition the Government for a redress of grievances.'
Which is what pigs do with it. They fuck it, right? And if you don't say just the right things in court, the pigs will beat you up. And if you want to say something with candles on a public street, the pigs will fuck you up. But that's what you pig lovers like.
And if you read on beyond just the one sentence you cling so dearly to, you will find that in personal letters, public speeches and other court decisions, the early government of america did not mean to keep all religion out of government, but instead to keep the federal government from mandating a specific sect of Christianity from being the religion of the land. Like I said before, Penn. already had a state religion, and the fed's had no ability to keep them from doing so.
Now, since I am in favor of self governance and no state whatsoever, I agree that the government should not be picking and choosing religion. Just from a historical stand point, this country was founded as a Christian nation, and not as a non-religious atheist nation. You can try and avoid history all you want. I don't care. I was just saying, taking it easy on us Christians. Your plight for freedom will be better received with a smile then a smear.
The people can accept or reject the law if they feel it is not just. That is our right. You can be a slave to your system all you want. I choose to not be a victom of cops that love to exact a punishment as if they are the judge. I do not respect a judge that does not respect me.
So then I get the civil rights movement in the 50's and 60's was wrong? If a local community does not like the way the cops are treating them, then yes, they have every right to stand up to it as they see fit. You don't understand what a "right" is do you? And I am willing to bet everything i have that you think governments have "rights" and that our rights come from government. Governments can only take away rights, they cant give them. Rights come to us from our creator. We own them.
They went through great lengths to prevent a government mandated religion. We are seeing that being violated now with the government religion of global warming or the government religion of welfare.
all a religion is , is a framework mandated down to a people where the people feel it will lead them to a better place. It can have a god or a man or a flying noodle monster and even an government as its figure head. Our government was never intended to establish a uniform ideology that it then pushes down to the masses in the name of a collective well being. The governments move for global warming laws and welfare are most defiantly viewed as a religion by anyone with objected thinking skills
We don't have majority rule, that is a democracy, we are a republic and have a representative form of government. Its a big difference. What you are saying is "Majority Rule" is "Mob Rule" or tyranny of the majority as the founding fathers put it. I
I dont know why you have to call me names, I have been civil with you. A republic is very different than a democracy. The founding fathers debated this issue at length. They analyzed all of the known forms of government over the previous 5000 years and what were their known faults. They coined the phrase "Democracy is tyranny of the majority" and that it should be avoided. Wilson lead the charge to end the republic and move us to a democracy by pushing for the 17th Amendment.
I assume you're talking about your invisible friend that does nothing to help you.
If you ever read the bible, christian-boy, you'd know that mankind has NO RIGHTS under God's law. Seriously, challenge him, in the bible, like you challenge this cop and he'll make your endtrails fall out.
I never said I was a christian. I follow that of Thomas Jefferson as a deist where I know a creator exists and created for us a natural law of live liberty and property. Your rights are given to you at birth and we trust them to the government for protection. The government cant give rights, they can only take them away. That is the framework our nation was founded under. I follow the same line of thinking as John Locke and Thomas Jefferson did .
thomas jefferson, the same man that signed a law that made it illegal for free black people to handle mail. That Thomas Jefferson?
Where were his feelings of rights then?
How about when he was raping Sally Hemmings for years? Or when he took the public policy of removing the Native Americans from the land that was theirs by birthright?
Yep, and it is very sad. It is something that I have struggled to understand for years and still don't understand. but at that point in time the world was a very dark place for liberty and America was the birth place of the practice of liberty. That practice was slow in the start and its still slow in growing to this very day. I never said the man was a saint. Should we go down a list of people that you looked to for leadership or guidance? We all have faults. FDR? Woodrow Wilson? far worse
FDR rounded up families and put them in camps based on the color of their skin, he also help fun the eugenics movement, Wilson funded the eugenics movement in an effort to rid America of "feeble minded people" and racial miniorites and he segregated the military and viewed Blacks as an inferior race. Wilson had peopled locked up for talking bad about the government with the sedition act. He personally sentenced people to prison as political prisoners.
Thats really great Dork - but those mother fuckers are long gone now - so lets just stick with the things you no longer have to fear. What's next - a wikipedia cut/paste job on Christian martyrs in the Colosseum -
Jefferson tried to get slavery banned in the Declaration of Independence. He was overruled. I don't know the politics of the day, but he clearly had no problem touching black people.
sure, but he still believed in natures law. that rights do not derive from a government or from other men, they are yours at birth and yours only to defend. Man can make what it calls law to govern you, but you still have the right to not be governed. They might say they have to power to govern you, but then you say, you have the right to defend yourself from being governed.
Yes you do. You dont understand what natural rights are do you? You are your own person and you are born with all the rights that come wtih being your own person. You have the rigth to come and go as you please and say what you want. The government may feel it has the "Power" to block that right, but its up to you to excersize your rights . The rights are yours to use or lose as you wish. Do you think governments give you rights? or that governments have rights?
Its the idea of natural rights as written by John Locke in the "Treatise on Government" They are 16 chapters that cover what are Rights and natural rights. Its what our Delectation of Independence was based on that People have the right to over throw their government if they feel its unjust. That rights are derived by their creator and not by man. Nor does government have the absolute right to absolute governance over man.
Governments do not have rights. People have rights.
If you feel the government gives you rights then you are a willing slave to a master. The master being the government. That's your choice. Our government does not give us rights. No government can give rights, they can only take way the rights you already have. It's funny how you talk about me going to jail. The men that created this nation ran the risk of jail a well and so do the people of Keene.
So then blacks in early American history that were born into slavery were not slaves? Yep, every government in existence has been a tyranny, but on different scales. Some are worse than others. Some call it soft tyranny vs oppressive tyranny. The founding fathers knew this and talked about it at length.
People are born into this system and as the system moves more to tyranny, the new generations just grow to except it as the blacks did in early American history.
Being the inspiration for the constitution does not make it the constitution. Providing some of the basis for our laws does not make it more legally binding than our laws.
Its a context for the laws. And if you dont understand that your rights are not given to you by a government then there is nothing I can do to change your mind. You are of the same mide set of the leadership of the old USSR, Cuba, China, North Korea et all. If you feel your rights come from you then you are of the same mind set of Jefferson, Washington, Franklin et all. It is that simple.
When you get arrested, I want you to tell that to the judge. Tell them it's about the context and your personal rights and that he or she should let you go.
And then when you get out of jail years later, tell me about it. I love a good punchline.
I don't intend to break the law. Why do you think I am going to get arrested? Do you think the government gives you the right to listen do Japanese rock music or lets you talk about Korean culture on your channel page? No, you are born with the right to talk freely about anything you want. Do you think the government gives you the right to use the internet? No, you are free to do as you wish unless it harms another persons liberty. Thats all the laws were intended to protect. Liberty.
I want you to go to North Korea and say all that. In fact, just cross the border into North Korea and tell them about how free you are.
But you said you don't intend to break THE LAW. I guess you mean US laws, in which case you're apparently as much a slave to them as anyone you describe (although now you're a hypocrite to boot). Thanks for the entertainment!
what you just said made no sense at all. The people of North Korea are slaves to their master. It is sad but true. They have the right to stand up and take over but they do not have the power. This is what the 2nd amendment to our constitution was to preserve. The government does not give Americans the rights to own guns, they are restricted by the constitution from taking them away. And to just say I am a hypocrite is a joke. How have I been a hypocrite?
You keep talking about how you're not bound by US laws, but then you refuse to break the law. That's a classic do-what-I-say-not-as-I-do hypocritical scenario.
And bunky, you obviously know shit about North Korea. Don't even open your mouth on the topic until you do a little reading.
I have spent years reading about North Korea. I have studied history for about 25 years now and would love to talk to you about the communist movement of the North as influenced by the USSR and China following WWII. Plus what law do you think I should break? I never said that all laws are bad. I do not believe in what we call "Victimless Crimes" ones that do not have victims. If a victim has a loss of liberty, life or property then a law has been broken. Laws are to protect liberty. Not gov
Then educate me. You tell me what you think. Dont just call people names. Point me in the right direction. This is your chance to shine and educate me. Tell me what caused the people of North Korea to become Communist slaves. Please. I am begging you.
My my, how quickly you've transformed into a kiss-ass.
If the answer were as simplistic as could be summed up in a single sentence, as you've done, then I'd have already written it. Thankfully for all of us, reality is far more complex and requires more explanation.
you sad sad young boy. I was not kissing your ask, I was just showing you that I am willing to lisen, you could have just stated the name of a book to read or a video to watch that you felt would sum it all up. But you cant do that. You have no idea about the history of Korea or what drives a people to tyranny. You just say, "your a doo doo head" or other childish things like one of my kids and then say , do a little reading. All I do is read. Should I recommend a few books to you?
do you want to IM me and we can talk with more text than the 500 chars in this page? Do you want to talk about the colonial oppression of the Japanese in Korea and China? The power void created when they left to fight WWII? did you even know about colonial oppression of the Japanese? Tell me what you know. Dont just call me names then go away like a 5 year old. stand up and tell me what you know boy. Sad young boy. I think you are ignorant of most everything.
You dont even live in America do you? I can tell by your post patterns. No way a child as young as your self gets up at 6am and starts using youtube. Your posting patterns are that of an Asian rim user. Nothing wrong with it, its just odd to see someone not from America so worried about how liberty activists act in America.
Do you think that someone just waved a magic wand and turned everyone in North Korea into communist slaves? No, the people wanted it, they people of North Korea fought a war with the South to become communist slaves. You are seeing the same thing play out in Venezuela now. People want their government to take care of them and restrict freedom. Its a sad state but that is always how tyranny grows by democrat movements in the population.
People will naturally find comfort in their slavery as every tyrannical government has been ushered in by the will of the people. The people of North Korea fought a war against the south to be slaves as did the people of the USSR, China, Cuba, 1930 Germany, ect. It is based on peoples lack of understanding in the idea of individualism and a false comfort in collectivism. Why did the people of North Korea want to be communists do you think? Why?
what if the government tomorrow said, No more talking about Korean Culture on the internet. You would be ok with that? No you would say, I have the right to talk about anything I want. Am I correct? What the government would do is take away a right you are born with, not roll back a right that they first gave you. Governments do not give anyone rights, they only take away rights. That is the basic understanding of Liberty.
(1) a government wherein the RIGHTS and Liberties of the people are violated at will by those in power, and where the people possess no effective remedy to hold the transgressors accountable.
(2) a government in which the common-law of the people either has never existed, or has been replaced with the de facto policies, or the self empowering edicts, of officials that as a matter of course, authorize the violation of human RIGHTS, and, wherein procedural or "legal" ramparts are effectively constructed to prevent the accountability of government ministers, and their puppet judges and agents.
Have you read anything written in the 1600 and 1700's dealing in the debate of liberty and the creation of our nation? Its very enlightening and I recommend it. Liberty is a very new idea. Tyranny is as old as the ages. America was the first and only free nation in the world until the early 1900's when Teddy Roosevelt and the progressive movement started its slow slope down the road of tyranny. We started moving away from the individual and towards the collective management of individuals.
Do you understand what our Constitution is? What it was created for? That it is the defined powers and limits on our government. That it does not control us, but restricts government and its governance over us? You have made case after case about being a willing slave to a master and that is your choice. I for one am not a save to a master, nor will any master put chains on me in the name of false rights of a government. Do you live in New Hampshire?
Regarding whether we or the government are the masters, things started to slide rather early on, with Alexander Hamilton- National Bank, Whiskey Rebellion, etc. and got completely derailed in the 1860's by dishonest Abe Lincoln and the "Civil War". Read Hamilton's Curse and Lincoln Unmasked by Thomas DiLorenzo for the disturbing details. We are living in Alexander Hamilton's future.
Very good points. I have heard of Hamilton's Curse, I will look for it now online. Thanks. And its so true about Lincoln and the shift of federalization. I have always enjoyed the story of Hamilton's death. Its a good history lesson and a just method of death for such a misguided fool.
Hamilton seems misguided to you and me, but he knew and loved power, he was a mercantilist and he knew that money and power go hand in hand. I guess what I am trying to say is his departure from Jeffersonian ideals was intentional, not happenstance. BTW, thanks for the chuckle!
whats sad is how people will always imbrace and find comfort in slavery and tyranny. They conform to it as if its just part of life. Thats why the idea of democracy must be confronted and prevented from time to time. Once we have rule of the majority then we will have tyranny of the ages.
Great Choice in states to move to. NH the nazi communist state. All my boys and I have done time for NHs 0 tolerance drug laws. NH can suck a fat one. Do you still want to move to a state that locks you up over a Marijuana stem or beats you over demanding respect in the court room? By the way thats nothing the stuff that happens that never gets reported in NH. Its police brutal, its boss hog country. NH SUX
Yea well try tennessee just as bad. Frankly some people shouldn't be police officers. They dont have the right mindset for it. To protect and serve doesn't even enter their head once.
You do something illegal, guaranteed. See the book "Three Felonies a Day". Please turn yourself in at the nearest police station at your first opportunity.
Dude, this comes off as a little dramatic, and it's not working for people who aren't already followers of 'the movement.'
There are two sides to every story, and you're not telling one of them. Why was he screaming "get your hands off me!" before he got the concussion? Were the cops trying to restrain him? Why?
If there's a reasonable explanation, say so. Don't act like context doesn't matter for everything, and don't assume that people are too stupid or careless to notice its omission.
No he has not. All there is is Kurt Hoffman screaming like a little girl everytime a piece of lint falls on him. Its ridiculous - and there is no evidence at all, other than a biased pissed off wife saying the cop pushed him and broke his neck. Ridiculous.
i didn't say he wasn't crying like a woman, i said that Ridley has the original raw footage posted already that can be viewed on his channel. by raw, i mean the video of the actual court room activities. although i think it would be a good idea to have ridley make a playlist of this story to clear up the confusion.
Again...no. These people can't take a crap without a camera on; however, in this particular case I find it amazing that there isn't one camera that caught the courtroom action before we find Kurt Hoffman on the floor. Not one - versus the deluge of footage we see when others are in court whining about a traffic ticket.
Oh yes I did. And I wonder what a freestater would say if the position/context was reversed. When that fat guy Dave or whatever fought his ticket, the whole courtroom was filled with cameras rolling...and here hothead Kurt Hoffman does the same with implied promise of good coverage and there isn't a single bit of camera rolling - just some bullshit excuse of some technical difficulty.
Yes I do - would you like to sniff it? Although, I suspect you might have a hard time discerning the difference between that and your breath. Anyhow - Blah Blah Blah - typical lame- o response - *yawn* - if I had a dime every time I saw your stupid reply.
I think these pigs should be very frightened. They should fear the people. And people shouldn't put up with any crap from government thugs. New Englanders used to tar and feather filth like Rivera.
This comment has received too many negative votesshow
If police feared the people, then they couldn't do their jobs. The police shouldn't be terrorized just because a bunch of paranoid activists continue to be paranoid.
Should the police follow the law? Or do they get a free pass to commit violence against innocent peaceful people, just so they don't feel "afraid". If you are that terrified of people, don't be a cop. Quit!
Every society needs police. What do you advocate, anarchy?
You stupid free staters usually say "the people should govern themselves." No, the people are too fucking stupid to do that.
Maybe you forgot, but when this country was founded, there were no police. WHY do you think a police force was created? Think for once in your miserable life.
Because without the police, there would be chaos. There would be no rule of law. people would do whatever they please within regional mob rule. This country would be dominated by brutal warlords.
The reason why things were so crazy in New Orleans after Katrina were because there were no police, AND they took EVERY LEGALLY REGISTERED GUN from the citizens.
THAT'S why it was so insane, because there were no cops and only the outlaws had guns.
And all this time I thought an act of nature called a hurricane was the cause of so much confusion after Katrina. Now I see that wasn't so....time to go make a cross with the words Free Keene on it and walk about town in my sandals.
It is satisfying my functions quite well - I call...they come. Always a pleasure. Certainly won't be calling the freestaters to come with their Guy Fawkes masks and bongos to quell the disturbances that occur on a daily basis in towns/cities across the U.S.
Sure, and everyone should pay for your convenience.. right? How come you won't pay for a service which in your opinion "functions" - pay for each call for help yourself. Why then do you desire that the bongo and mask freestaters pay for the police?
Of course idiot. Its all about me. What? Did you think it was all about you? LOL.
Freestaters who make love to their bongos USE the police...HELLO? They practically salivate hoping one comes by to arrest them, then bitch and whine when they do...its a win win for everyone. And Ian..whose camera was "stolen"?....do you need to be reminded who/what it was that Ian went running over to? Drumroll.....THE POLICE. And the police got his dumbass phone back. Next dumb question?
HAH, fuckin REVIRA! he would. he entered my house without consent. leading to an illegal search. and my arrest.
Keene Pd eventually dropped it because they broke my rights. pigs

srs?

The only way to "silence their opposition" on youtube is to ban people from commenting.
Unless you mean "producing facts that idiots can't disprove." That's, you know, how arguments are supposed to work, bunky.

Which is why you would make a video in opposition or rebuttal rather than commenting on "their" video.

No, I don't have to make a response video. That's why there's a comments section.

No Silent...I've never needed to delete you. I'm glad you're here. I do however get a lot of complaints from folks who think I have deleted them or their stuff. Usually it's youtube's bad comment setup messing with them I think. There are not many types of comments or visitors I will delete.

Bilakaifa 2 years ago
'Speration of church and state is not in the constitution'
Oh yeah?!
'Congress shall make no law respecting an establishment of religion, or prohibiting the free exercise thereof; or abridging the freedom of speech, or of the press; or the right of the people peaceably to assemble, and to petition the Government for a redress of grievances.'
Fucking FIRST amendment!

SSILENTNATION 2 years ago
And if you read on beyond just the one sentence you cling so dearly to, you will find that in personal letters, public speeches and other court decisions, the early government of america did not mean to keep all religion out of government, but instead to keep the federal government from mandating a specific sect of Christianity from being the religion of the land. Like I said before, Penn. already had a state religion, and the fed's had no ability to keep them from doing so.
Bilakaifa 2 years ago
Now, since I am in favor of self governance and no state whatsoever, I agree that the government should not be picking and choosing religion. Just from a historical stand point, this country was founded as a Christian nation, and not as a non-religious atheist nation. You can try and avoid history all you want. I don't care. I was just saying, taking it easy on us Christians. Your plight for freedom will be better received with a smile then a smear.

I hate to tell you, but America wasn't "created" by god. The founders weren't ultra religious either.
p00lman 2 years ago
That's right, the founding fathers went through great lengths to assure a separation of church and state.
Thomas Jefferson himself was against having religious rule of law.
sc0pl355 2 years ago
They went through great lengths to prevent a government mandated religion. We are seeing that being violated now with the government religion of global warming or the government religion of welfare.
HHODork 2 years ago
global warming and public welfare aren't religions dumbass
sc0pl355 2 years ago
all a religion is , is a framework mandated down to a people where the people feel it will lead them to a better place.

HHODork 2 years ago
A republic is a form of democracy dumbass.
sc0pl355 2 years ago
I dont know why you have to call me names, I have been civil with you. A republic is very different than a democracy. The founding fathers debated this issue at length. They analyzed all of the known forms of government over the previous 5000 years and what were their known faults. They coined the phrase "Democracy is tyranny of the majority" and that it should be avoided. Wilson lead the charge to end the republic and move us to a democracy by pushing for the 17th Amendment.
HHODork 2 years ago
The founding fathers never said that democracy is tyranny of the majority.
If that was the case, then they would have never used a MAJORITY VOTE of congress to decide whether or not to declare independence.
the 17th amendment talks about the structuring of the senate, numbnuts.
A senate is key to a functional republic or democracy. The ROMANS had a republic. They also had a senate. The senate is the legislature.

sc0pl355 2 years ago
I never said I was a christian. I follow that of Thomas Jefferson as a deist where I know a creator exists and created for us a natural law of live liberty and property. Your rights are given to you at birth and we trust them to the government for protection. The government cant give rights, they can only take them away. That is the framework our nation was founded under. I follow the same line of thinking as John Locke and Thomas Jefferson did .
HHODork 2 years ago
thomas jefferson, the same man that signed a law that made it illegal for free black people to handle mail. That Thomas Jefferson?
Where were his feelings of rights then?
How about when he was raping Sally Hemmings for years? Or when he took the public policy of removing the Native Americans from the land that was theirs by birthright?
thomas Jefferson was a very bad man.
sc0pl355 2 years ago
Yep, and it is very sad. It is something that I have struggled to understand for years and still don't understand. but at that point in time the world was a very dark place for liberty and America was the birth place of the practice of liberty. That practice was slow in the start and its still slow in growing to this very day. I never said the man was a saint. Should we go down a list of people that you looked to for leadership or guidance? We all have faults. FDR? Woodrow Wilson? far worse
HHODork 2 years ago
FDR and Woodrow Wilson were great men.
sc0pl355 2 years ago
FDR rounded up families and put them in camps based on the color of their skin, he also help fun the eugenics movement, Wilson funded the eugenics movement in an effort to rid America of "feeble minded people" and racial miniorites and he segregated the military and viewed Blacks as an inferior race. Wilson had peopled locked up for talking bad about the government with the sedition act. He personally sentenced people to prison as political prisoners.
The list goes on. See. who is a saint?

sure, but he still believed in natures law. that rights do not derive from a government or from other men, they are yours at birth and yours only to defend. Man can make what it calls law to govern you, but you still have the right to not be governed. They might say they have to power to govern you, but then you say, you have the right to defend yourself from being governed.
HHODork 2 years ago
"you have the right to defend yourself from being governed. "
Actually, you don't.
p00lman 2 years ago
HHODork 2 years ago
"You are your own person and you are born with all the rights that come wtih being your own person."
I'd sure like to see that document.
p00lman 2 years ago
Its the idea of natural rights as written by John Locke in the "Treatise on Government" They are 16 chapters that cover what are Rights and natural rights. Its what our Delectation of Independence was based on that People have the right to over throw their government if they feel its unjust. That rights are derived by their creator and not by man. Nor does government have the absolute right to absolute governance over man.
Governments do not have rights. People have rights.
HHODork 2 years ago
I don't know about you, but my creators were my mom and dad, and I don't recall them granting me any rights the government didn't.
It's nice that you've built this cute little fantasy for yourself, but only one set of rights is considered legal.
When you're in jail, try telling the warden about the Treatise on Government and see if he lets you out.
p00lman 2 years ago
If you feel the government gives you rights then you are a willing slave to a master. The master being the government. That's your choice. Our government does not give us rights. No government can give rights, they can only take way the rights you already have. It's funny how you talk about me going to jail. The men that created this nation ran the risk of jail a well and so do the people of Keene.
HHODork 2 years ago
Nope, I'm as free as can be. You're the slave, since you're constantly running away from what you perceive to be a tyranny. That's really sad.
p00lman 2 years ago
"Running away from what you perceive to be tyranny."
Do you know what Tyranny is? If you are willing to be governed think your rights come from government, then what do you call Slavery?
HHODork 2 years ago
By your definition, every single government in existence is a tyranny. That's really fucking stupid, and pays no heed to the actual definition.
Slavery is being forced into servitude against one's will. If you're willing to be governed, then no one is forcing you.
p00lman 2 years ago
So then blacks in early American history that were born into slavery were not slaves? Yep, every government in existence has been a tyranny, but on different scales. Some are worse than others. Some call it soft tyranny vs oppressive tyranny. The founding fathers knew this and talked about it at length.
People are born into this system and as the system moves more to tyranny, the new generations just grow to except it as the blacks did in early American history.
HHODork 2 years ago
That's a cute theory. It's stupid, but it's cute.
p00lman 2 years ago
Well that "cute theory" is what founded our nation. Maybe you should read a book or two about what did create our nation?
HHODork 2 years ago
Being the inspiration for the constitution does not make it the constitution. Providing some of the basis for our laws does not make it more legally binding than our laws.
Sorry that you can't tell the difference.
p00lman 2 years ago
Its a context for the laws. And if you dont understand that your rights are not given to you by a government then there is nothing I can do to change your mind. You are of the same mide set of the leadership of the old USSR, Cuba, China, North Korea et all. If you feel your rights come from you then you are of the same mind set of Jefferson, Washington, Franklin et all. It is that simple.
HHODork 2 years ago
When you get arrested, I want you to tell that to the judge. Tell them it's about the context and your personal rights and that he or she should let you go.
And then when you get out of jail years later, tell me about it. I love a good punchline.
p00lman 2 years ago
I don't intend to break the law. Why do you think I am going to get arrested? Do you think the government gives you the right to listen do Japanese rock music or lets you talk about Korean culture on your channel page? No, you are born with the right to talk freely about anything you want. Do you think the government gives you the right to use the internet? No, you are free to do as you wish unless it harms another persons liberty. Thats all the laws were intended to protect. Liberty.
HHODork 2 years ago
I want you to go to North Korea and say all that. In fact, just cross the border into North Korea and tell them about how free you are.
But you said you don't intend to break THE LAW. I guess you mean US laws, in which case you're apparently as much a slave to them as anyone you describe (although now you're a hypocrite to boot). Thanks for the entertainment!
p00lman 2 years ago
what you just said made no sense at all.
HHODork 2 years ago
You keep talking about how you're not bound by US laws, but then you refuse to break the law. That's a classic do-what-I-say-not-as-I-do hypocritical scenario.

Democratic Peoples Republic of Korea?
HHODork 2 years ago
People will naturally find comfort in their slavery as every tyrannical government has been ushered in by the will of the people. The people of North Korea fought a war against the south to be slaves as did the people of the USSR, China, Cuba, 1930 Germany, ect. It is based on peoples lack of understanding in the idea of individualism and a false comfort in collectivism. Why did the people of North Korea want to be communists do you think? Why?
HHODork 2 years ago
what if the government tomorrow said, No more talking about Korean Culture on the internet. You would be ok with that? No you would say, I have the right to talk about anything I want. Am I correct? What the government would do is take away a right you are born with, not roll back a right that they first gave you. Governments do not give anyone rights, they only take away rights. That is the basic understanding of Liberty.
HHODork 2 years ago
TYRANNY
(1) a government wherein the RIGHTS and Liberties of the people are violated at will by those in power, and where the people possess no effective remedy to hold the transgressors accountable.
Earthshakingmusic 2 years ago
(2) a government in which the common-law of the people either has never existed, or has been replaced with the de facto policies, or the self empowering edicts, of officials that as a matter of course, authorize the violation of human RIGHTS, and, wherein procedural or "legal" ramparts are effectively constructed to prevent the accountability of government ministers, and their puppet judges and agents.
Earthshakingmusic 2 years ago
Have you read anything written in the 1600 and 1700's dealing in the debate of liberty and the creation of our nation? Its very enlightening and I recommend it. Liberty is a very new idea. Tyranny is as old as the ages. America was the first and only free nation in the world until the early 1900's when Teddy Roosevelt and the progressive movement started its slow slope down the road of tyranny. We started moving away from the individual and towards the collective management of individuals.
HHODork 2 years ago
Do you understand what our Constitution is? What it was created for? That it is the defined powers and limits on our government. That it does not control us, but restricts government and its governance over us? You have made case after case about being a willing slave to a master and that is your choice. I for one am not a save to a master, nor will any master put chains on me in the name of false rights of a government. Do you live in New Hampshire?
HHODork 2 years ago
Regarding whether we or the government are the masters, things started to slide rather early on, with Alexander Hamilton- National Bank, Whiskey Rebellion, etc. and got completely derailed in the 1860's by dishonest Abe Lincoln and the "Civil War". Read Hamilton's Curse and Lincoln Unmasked by Thomas DiLorenzo for the disturbing details. We are living in Alexander Hamilton's future.
Earthshakingmusic 2 years ago
Very good points. I have heard of Hamilton's Curse, I will look for it now online. Thanks. And its so true about Lincoln and the shift of federalization. I have always enjoyed the story of Hamilton's death. Its a good history lesson and a just method of death for such a misguided fool.
HHODork 2 years ago
Hamilton seems misguided to you and me, but he knew and loved power, he was a mercantilist and he knew that money and power go hand in hand. I guess what I am trying to say is his departure from Jeffersonian ideals was intentional, not happenstance. BTW, thanks for the chuckle!

yes, or as some would argue rights are illusory, the natural state of freedom can only be impinged.

You do something illegal, guaranteed. See the book "Three Felonies a Day". Please turn yourself in at the nearest police station at your first opportunity.

I live in Portland Maine and we can have up to 2.5 oz of Marijuana with no worries about getting cuffed or stuffed. Go eat some more fried bread.

That's portland Maine, not where I'm at or where the guy I was responding to was, dumbass.

Don't act like context doesn't matter for everything, and don't assume that people are too stupid or careless to notice its omission.
sumopromark 2 years ago
the poster has actually posted all the raw footage on this case. go check it out.
i'm not involved in this at all, i just like watching liberty activists :P
kdurston1 2 years ago
No he has not. All there is is Kurt Hoffman screaming like a little girl everytime a piece of lint falls on him. Its ridiculous - and there is no evidence at all, other than a biased pissed off wife saying the cop pushed him and broke his neck. Ridiculous.
SSILENTNATION 2 years ago
i didn't say he wasn't crying like a woman, i said that Ridley has the original raw footage posted already that can be viewed on his channel. by raw, i mean the video of the actual court room activities. although i think it would be a good idea to have ridley make a playlist of this story to clear up the confusion.
kdurston1 2 years ago
Again...no. These people can't take a crap without a camera on; however, in this particular case I find it amazing that there isn't one camera that caught the courtroom action before we find Kurt Hoffman on the floor. Not one - versus the deluge of footage we see when others are in court whining about a traffic ticket.
SSILENTNATION 2 years ago
Did you not hear the context of why there were no camera footage of what happened inside the courtroom?
utubehayter 2 years ago
Oh yes I did. And I wonder what a freestater would say if the position/context was reversed. When that fat guy Dave or whatever fought his ticket, the whole courtroom was filled with cameras rolling...and here hothead Kurt Hoffman does the same with implied promise of good coverage and there isn't a single bit of camera rolling - just some bullshit excuse of some technical difficulty.
SSILENTNATION 2 years ago
technical difficulty? Do you always talk out of your ass?
utubehayter 2 years ago
Yes I do - would you like to sniff it? Although, I suspect you might have a hard time discerning the difference between that and your breath. Anyhow - Blah Blah Blah - typical lame- o response - *yawn* - if I had a dime every time I saw your stupid reply.
SSILENTNATION 2 years ago
context is important. It's in the earlier vids about the incident.

Then you shouldn't have distorted the facts in this video.

Hey, you have to keep the law in line.
Hey, the "gang" aren't castrated and domesticated sheep. They have gonads, bravo!

I think these pigs should be very frightened. They should fear the people. And people shouldn't put up with any crap from government thugs. New Englanders used to tar and feather filth like Rivera.

If police feared the people, then they couldn't do their jobs. The police shouldn't be terrorized just because a bunch of paranoid activists continue to be paranoid.
p00lman 2 years ago
Should the police follow the law? Or do they get a free pass to commit violence against innocent peaceful people, just so they don't feel "afraid". If you are that terrified of people, don't be a cop. Quit!
utubehayter 2 years ago 2
To make an omelet, you gotta crack a few eggs.
It's a dirty job, but SOMEBODY has to do it.
sc0pl355 2 years ago
Well, if that is the world you want to live in - enjoy. Others don't and they are fighting back.
It may come to the point where you might be the egg one day too.. Till then keep reading Lenin.
utubehayter 2 years ago
I'm not a cop, stupid.
Every society needs police. What do you advocate, anarchy?
You stupid free staters usually say "the people should govern themselves." No, the people are too fucking stupid to do that.
Maybe you forgot, but when this country was founded, there were no police. WHY do you think a police force was created? Think for once in your miserable life.
p00lman 2 years ago
Because without the police, there would be chaos. There would be no rule of law. people would do whatever they please within regional mob rule. This country would be dominated by brutal warlords.
sc0pl355 2 years ago
Yes, because there were no police in New Orleans after Katrina happened right? What delusional world do you live in?
And as long as you like to believe in such fairy tales - Be afraid! Be very very afraid.
utubehayter 2 years ago
There were no acting police in New Orleans after Katrina. As a result, there was no rule of law.
sc0pl355 2 years ago
"sc0pl355"
The reason why things were so crazy in New Orleans after Katrina were because there were no police, AND they took EVERY LEGALLY REGISTERED GUN from the citizens.
THAT'S why it was so insane, because there were no cops and only the outlaws had guns.
Pv8man 2 years ago
Actually the cops were too busy doing what "the best" are supposed to do - disarm the innocent, make sure they are willing victims of the criminals.
utubehayter 2 years ago
If no police = chaos,
evidence proves that
police + more police + Fema = chaos,
that means there were no "acting" police whatever that means.
Were all the "acting" police airlifted out of there?
utubehayter 2 years ago
And all this time I thought an act of nature called a hurricane was the cause of so much confusion after Katrina. Now I see that wasn't so....time to go make a cross with the words Free Keene on it and walk about town in my sandals.
SSILENTNATION 2 years ago
Those that don't know exactly what happened always draw retarded conclusions from Katrina. Just bleet and get in line - if you like.
utubehayter 2 years ago
Oh but of course someone who calls himself utubehayter must surely know EVERYTHING. Get in line....hmpf - zzzzzzzzzzzz.
SSILENTNATION 2 years ago
If people are too stupid to govern themselves, why pick some of them, give them weapons and the sanction to assault others?
Whatever you think the tax-funded police force was created for - check if it is satisfying its function. If not, time to correct that mistake.
No society needs a unlimited monopoly of violence. If the "police" become such, then they are not needed.
utubehayter 2 years ago
'If people are too stupid to govern themselves, why pick some of them'
We vote for the best among us to lead. Large groups of people with no leadership are like a snake without a head.
sc0pl355 2 years ago
Really, you vote the best among you to lead? You should watch more SNL - at least they point out the obvious.
Are cops the best among you? God help a society where the best are the cops! LOL!
utubehayter 2 years ago
Where are these "best among us"? hmm? The only people i've seen that are "leading" us are the most power hungry bastards of us all
Avarice176 2 years ago
It is satisfying my functions quite well - I call...they come. Always a pleasure. Certainly won't be calling the freestaters to come with their Guy Fawkes masks and bongos to quell the disturbances that occur on a daily basis in towns/cities across the U.S.
SSILENTNATION 2 years ago
Sure, and everyone should pay for your convenience.. right? How come you won't pay for a service which in your opinion "functions" - pay for each call for help yourself. Why then do you desire that the bongo and mask freestaters pay for the police?
utubehayter 2 years ago
Of course idiot. Its all about me. What? Did you think it was all about you? LOL.
Freestaters who make love to their bongos USE the police...HELLO? They practically salivate hoping one comes by to arrest them, then bitch and whine when they do...its a win win for everyone. And Ian..whose camera was "stolen"?....do you need to be reminded who/what it was that Ian went running over to? Drumroll.....THE POLICE. And the police got his dumbass phone back. Next dumb question?
