OMG this remids me of The Million Dollar Cat: A Tom and Jerry cartoon which has the exact same premise! Tom inherits a million dollars from his aunts, however he loses it all if he harms any animals whatsoever-even a mouse. Then Jerry makes his life hell while riding off his wealth. Eventually Tom eventually reaches his limit of Jerry's abuse, and starts to attack Jerry. wow, over the two years sence "A Wild Hare" they made Elmer Fudd look vewy vewy weird. He look normal in "A Wild Hare", apart from the overly red nose, but in this one he looks like a fat tax collector. They must have just got bored and decided to experiment. I'm guessing they must have fixed him up in the next year or so after this was made. They probably got it right when they fixed bugs's voice. I'm not saying anything bad, just it shocked me that two years prior he looked regular.
