Whenever I try to breed two pokemon, it always says they would rather play with other pokemon or they don't seem to like each other. Do the pokemon have to be certain types to breed or what???

It's because they have more experience with breeding. To be honest I don't like breeding centers - takes away important stats from your pokemon - especially if you're that trainer that must have the TM Return for your pokemon.
