I was actually looking foward to some infrastructure spending, but if you read the bill only 30 billion is for infrastructure. the big dig in Boston was 22 billion alone.  and the other 900 billion is for government programs. paying someone to hand out foodstamps is not a long term job fixer. this isn't a stimulus plan, this a generational theft.
