  • haha this kind of lab (dark with few people and a spot of light on them lool) is just for the video. A lab doesn't look like that at all. I wonder why everytime you watch a video on laboratory they are cry far from the reality

  • most of the case the DNA sequence will be clone in a vector. the sequence vector is known and the primer will be in the vector.

    then once you start to sequence (around 400n) you can pick a primer at the end of the new sequence sequenced and repeat the process
