Not sure what you drive, but I've owned 2 E46 M3s from new and 2 Cayennes, a turbo and now a turbo S. Believe me an M3 would not be cruising behind a smartly driven Turbo!

Hmm, it's all a matter of perspective. What I saw was a 333hp BMW M3 hanging with a 560hp Porsche Cayenne. Porsche Cayenne = 8.84:1 hp/wgt ratio vs BMW M3 = 10.36:1 hp/wgt ratio. It looked to me like the M3 was on the Cayenne's ass at every turn. Oh, and what's that in *front* of the Cayenne? A Nissan 350z? Ha! Regardless, the Cayenne and the M3 are some of the very best examples of compromise between street practicality and all out performance. The German dominate the art of compromise.

when you look at this thing from the outside, it doesn't really turn like a 911, the nose dives quite bad when you brake hard, tail drops like mad when you exit a corner...reason it's so fast is mainly B/C of PSM/TCS thos kinda toys, without these 2 key lifesavers i bet this thing has been flipped over long time ago...I was in this trackday as a matter of fact...and I gotta say this, the driver of this cayenne is not good in terms of looking for passing spots
