  • If you bould the lazy river with non-stop covered you can easy build the poolcomplex on the side of the lazy river. What you have is a pool compley thru a lazy river.

  • yayy! the peeps looks like tadpoles!

  • I likes

  • I think they do use the space on the curves

  • why dont i have a lazy river? i have the rct3 deluxe edition with wild and soaked so why dont i have it?

  • @jakeramsay007

Good question. It should be there.

  • @jakeramsay007 if you click on the rides, then click on pool slides and rides then scroll right to the bottom and it should be there

  • @aliciah10 thanks, ive found it now :D

  • merda

  • How do you link your lazy river to the pool so there are no fences? I tried using paths but it wouldn't let me go over the lazy river .

  • @EllaFun11

Hmmm... When I just watched a bit of the video to see.... I actually do see a fence between them.

  • @0MrENigma0 O yes you're right, basicly im wondering how to get paths to go over the lazy river like a bridge so peeps can get to the pool without going into the lazy river.

  • @EllaFun11

Sorry, I may have replied to someone else, but to you by mistake.

I think possibly how I was able to do it was I probably was using the Options.ini edits that permit things to overlap. So, I was able to build a pool complex type path piece and have it go over the lazy river. I forget though...

  • @0MrENigma0 ok thank you!

  • You are an RCT legend! keep up these epic tutorials, i have learned a lot from these

  • @SpartandudeChannel1

Don't know about the legend part... but thanks. ;-)

  • 

  • I need help to make a roller coaster but thanks now i have a lazy river

  • thanks for the tutorial i had a question, can you do a tutorial for doing or having reflective water for RCT3??

  • @RollerCResi

    You are welcome.

I sort of have already done one in the tutorial that talks about camera settings I think. Within the LOD (Level of Detail) settings is if reflective water is on and what it reflects. If you do not have those options then your video card does not support that.

  • @0MrENigma0

do you have to have soaked to do this?

  • @CassidyMcComb2010

Yes, or Platinum or maybe Gold.... but yeah RCT3 + Soaked is required.

  • Please answer this. How do you build the bridges over the river?

  • what idid was a aqua blaster dropping int a lazy river instead of a pool

  • @0MrENigma0 Please help, I followed your tutorial and I am making a water park with a sweet pool design but ive run into one flaw. How on earth do you get your paths to go over the lazy river? Please tell.

  • I'm not sure, but can't you build the walking area where the extra things like the hot tub and so on can be placed inside the extra flat area of the lazy river?

long time since i've played rct3 and sorry if there's any spelling or grammer mistakes.

-just a danish school kid :)

  • @MRmortenMR

Yes, you are correct. That is where the hot tubs and such can be built.

  • Very Helpful

But what's that yellow blob following your cursor? Sorry if you said it in the audio, I played without audio as my friend was watching football (I don't like football ).

I always struggle with lazy rivers as they sometimes just don't have the right contrast with the grass in rct3, but when you change it the rest of the park looks bad. I never realised you were suppose to surround them with a pool complex.

Take a look at my Channel for some inspiration and tips. - Jamie90437

  • @Jamie90437

The yellow blob is just something to help see the cursor better for the video, it is not actually part of RCT3.

  • does the deluxe version contain the soaked expansion pre-instaled?

  • @JakThePhantom

I assume you are in the UK... I think that is where the Deluxe version is from... in which case I think Deluxe in the UK is the same as Platinum in the US... so it would have both Soaked and Wild.

  • @0MrENigma0 thanks ;)

  • i like playing water hide and seek and tag in my backyard lazy river

  • @Howcast26

    :-)

  • are thad a mod like steel work

  • @mads1205

    Is Lazy River a CSO?

No, it is part of the Soaked expansion pack.

  • very good tutorial

    your voice is sweet buddy

    keep making tutorials.

    Thanks.

  • Much thanks.

  • your welcome

  • i guess it makes it look better with the cover my reason for using it

  • the little "useless" pieces when you press the button beside the lazy river are for scenery :P

you can put stuff like boulders there, and trees i think.

  • You sure?

  • i have 1 question how do you get park value up?

  • Sorry never actually played the "game" part of RCT3

  • @maxcor3 Basically expand your park.. try different rides to figure out which kind the peeps prefer.. it sometimes limits your rides to certain types in the career... build more thrill rides food courts etc..

  • Make sure you have a lot of guests, High guest happiness, a variety of rides etc.

  • How do you make your pool paths go over the lazy river? I keep getting 'you cannot place a path there'.

  • @meiren21 r u sure its the same height?

and your using the right pool path?

  • u need soaked for lazy river

  • could you pleeeeeezzze do a tutorial on rct3 platnum

  • All of my tutorials have been on RCT3 Platinum.

  • How do your paths go over the river?

  • you have to go to the pool icon then click on paths, then click on the steps, then use that and connect it to a path (not a queue line) a pool path and that should do it

  • How do you have people use floaties?

  • If you go on stalls go on the 3rd one and scroll until you see "Inflatable stall"

  • ummmmm....

if you mind answering this question....

Why does my RCT3 So slow, the cursor doesnt blink but its so SLOWW

i can't even make a pool out of it.........

    whats a cure for that?

  • It might be your graphics card

  • get a better computer, platinum takes up a bunch of memory ud need a new comp to make it better, i need a new comp for my platinum to even work

  • how did u get the path to go over the river

  • Does platinum cost 2 download? It looks really cool!

  • ya 30$

  • What screen recorder do you use?

  • Camtasia

  • Thanks man.

  • make more video's please so you don't dissapear for 6 months like u did before

  • :-) Thx... I'll try.

  • how did you build the walkway over the lazy river? i have pool complexs on both sides of it but i can not link them with the pool complex walk way

  • In the pool complex control thing... on the bottom left of your screen... where you choose pool edge types, pool extras and such... there is a button for paths. Then you use that path option like you would normal non pool foot paths. So, you can angle them upward.

  • I got that part but how did you get the path to go flat across the river? Whenever i do it even if it's coming off the ramp and with upward steps it just says "Current position intersects with another object"

Did you use any cheats to make the paths able to go lower?

  • this is nothing like real lazy rivers. Real lazy rivers are either coated with leaves or have alot of sprinklers but they are ALWAYS filled with really obnoctious guys trying to kill you and they are surrounded by angry lifeguards.

  • @Pieishman and inter tubes

  • When can I visit the real park this was based off of?

  • Not sure you would want to... it's just a lot of the same same. I really didn't put any design into this... just built stuff to make tutorials from.

  • thanks

  • how do you put in lazy river floats

  • I don't think you can with Lazy River. If you want floats, there is another similar water park ride that has that. I forget what it is called.

  • I also don't see a point in the wide open area because if you can't put anything there it's just well. . . . . stupid

  • You are talking about the filled in flat area correct?

  • yes i am

  • very helpfull

  • Nice park.. I hear some times they will have contests about roller coaster tycoon and who ever is the best they might actually make it in real life and so far as ive seen your parks.. id think you'd win

  • Thanks... but I in no way made that park to look good or even be functional. I just messed around while making something to make the tutorials from.

There are still a lot more requests people have for tutorials, but maybe I'll finally try to make a park in between doing those.

  • oh ok

  • great tut
