  • Catholics & Muslims might regard the Virgin Mary as 'the queen of heaven' but there is NO Biblical scripture to back that up.

  • @officialmer Actually muslims don't regard the Mary as the "queen of heaven" or anything remotely to that. Many muslim countries use the crescent and star as a popular symbol due to the influence of the Turkish Ottoman empire in the past. Its a nationalistic symbol not a religious one, because islam doesn't, nor is it supposed to, have any defining symbols.

  • @rencrow I didn't say anything about the crecent moon symbol or it's origins pre-Ottoman empire or not. I was ONLY commenting on what this guy in THIS video said about Mary being the 'Queen of Heaven'.

  • @officialmer do you know about Orthodox Christians? from constantinople? Mary is as per christians the mother of God after all.

  • @MatrixOfDynamism Mary may have given birth to God in human form, but did not give birth to God as God in God's original formless form.

  • @officialmer well of course that is obvious to anyone, but this is the reason why she is called mother of God and (Some) christians even pray to her.

  • @MatrixOfDynamism I'm aware of that. What is ur point? Here's mine. She's a human touched by God, but isn't God & is n no form capable of interceding btween a person & God as Jesus & God. There's NO Biblical scripture 2 back up Mary as a figure 2 worship. Maybe people drift 2 her 4 their need of Goddess worship. She may b regarded as a Saint or not, but we r NOT 2 worship Saints - only Christ & God if u r a follower of Christ. She was not a bad person, but y worship her Unles she is ur Goddess?

  • @officialmer we muslims don't worship her but her status as a role model is so high that she is the only women named in the Qur'an. The chapter 19 of the Qur'an is called "Chapter Mary" in honor of her name. The wife, daughter, mother of our prophet is hardly mentioned in the Qur'an at all. With all the points remaining people still worship her.

But remember that Christ also never said "I am God" or "Worship me". He never said such a thing. Trinity is a product of Paul not Jesus.

  • I'm so tired of this bullshit, Sunni and Shias should work more on unity rather than fighting!

  • the crescent may also represent the islamic tradition of following the lunar calendar rather than the solar calendar.

  • You would never see a Muslim in a horror film, trying to scare the devil with a crescent. :) We already know that it is a political symbol not a holy symbol. It symbolizes islamic unity due to the obvious Turkish historical role in achieving islamic unity. Jean Paul Roux clearly states that it is a pre-islamic Turkic symbol that lost its pagan meaning in time and gained a political character. It may also be the symbol of istanbul but that is coinsidence. Even the Turks in China used crescent.

  • Who cares? Its all nonsense anyway. Islamic mumbo jumbo plagiarised from previous mumbo jumbo. None of it reflects reality.

  • Salam can someone if its not an Islamic symbol why is it used ?

  • @Zahra4President its used because of tradition. in terms of the turks who were the leader of the islamic world used such symbols before islam. when the ottoman empire became a super power, their influence over the middle east increased and such symbols became synonymous with ottoman rule and islam.

this is why many people believe that croissants (a pastry shaped like a crescent) was created when austrians defeated the turks in a battle in 1683. however, its not actually an islamic symbol

  • Turkic nations have crescent symbol for a reason but muslims in India and pakistan regard this as an islamic symbol which proves how ignorant they are of their religion.

  • @GrandmasterTigerfist before labeling swathes of people ignorants, please research the matter yourself so YOU do not remain ignorant. The star and cresent in the pakistani flag have historical reasons, and some of this history is shared with indian muslims in the prepartitio era.

  • @BelligerentPacifist

The crescent symbol came thru the mughals who again were Turks from central asia. The turks have always regarded the crescent symbol as their spiritual symbol. The reason why Indian and pakistani muslims regard ccrescent is because they regard it as symbol of allah. But in truth islamic prophet did not ever mension that symbol as holy. So this proves that muslims of India and pakistan are ignorants of their faith.

  • @GrandmasterTigerfist We don't regard the star and the crescent as sysmbols of Allaah. How can you even tell us what we think, that's our job! The crescent is probably from our attatchment to the Ottomans, and the carry-over from the Khilaafat Movement that just preceded the Pakistan movement. The pentagram/star symbolized original-pakistan's five federating units/provinces.

  • @BelligerentPacifist

Reject it or whatever practically if you use a symbol at your holyshrines then it means that it is regarded as holy. No matter ottoman used it they didnt use it for islamic purpose or that prophet muhammed used it but only because of their Turkic heritage.

Turks used to be shamanic people and crescent was then their symbol.

  • Lucifer = crescent

  • @Nicoljane i thought it was a pentagram

  • The crescent is the ancient symbol of Diana (virgin goddess) and Jupiter is the star, The goddess was the patron deity of pre-roman Byzantium and thus became the emblem of the city, The successors of Constantine the great attempted to Christianize it when the city was refounded,Sultan Mehmet the conqueror adopted it after taking the city.

  • i heard that the croissant was influenced by the ottoman turks crescent.

  • Big error in this video... big error... the Turks used the Crescent symbol before they even heard of Constantinople.

  • @Janissary225, Bro, he is correct partially, Crescent&STAR is new symbol. However, Crescent (ONLY crescent) was used as Arm Banner during the mid Crusade. However, both (Crescent&Star or Crescent) are new (nothing to do with Islamic Teaching). Just like I wear "Sarung"(Round fabris) for sholat, nothing wrong with it, as long as, not again Islamic Aqidah.

However, I prefer Black Banner with "La ilaha illah muhammadur rasulullah" written on it :-).

  • uhu, were did u get this from? wikipedia or Professor youtube? The crescent has nothing to do with islam and no textual basis to support it.

  • You need to do jihad by breaking the crescent off all the masajid that have them on their minarets.

talk is weakness of faith.Change it with ur hands.

  • halleluah= praise Jah (Jehovah God)

    its the TRUTH

  • And the Ottoman Turks were MUSLIMS..

    What does this prove..Absolutely NOTHING!

    ..

  • Part 1: I am Middle Eastern Christian I studied religion theology & history.

Hilah, helal, m-helhel mean brighten = crescent moon it means also worship or to worship. Hilal in Arabic mean worship you may connect it to the word halleluiah. The word halleluiah comes from the word hilala which means worship The ancient world use to worship the crescent; they use to name it hilal which means the bright one that gives light at night [moon] or the one to worship

  • Part 2: overtime hilal become worship because they worshipped light = moon. Therefore the word hilal or helal in Arabic is used as crescent worship = hilal, or halal = brightness = crescent. It is recognized by Christians as hallel-uiah which mean holy or worship or to be worshipped. Therefore the prophet Isaiah 14:12 named it hilal ben sahar, the word sahar in Arabic means [stay up late], Sohur is used in month of ramadan when muslims wakeup to eat in moon light [dawn] before fasting begins

  • Part 3 - it means the moon that stays awake all night, it means in Arabic sahar or sahran.

It means also magic sahar = the one that persuade people through its magic. It means the moon is the son of sahar, the one that stay awake all night or the magic one. Therefore, witches write spells at night at the moon light. We see the crescent on the top of the muslim mosques till this day because they use to worship the moon as other religions before Abraham introduced God.

  • your wrong. you obviously dont know the arabic letters. the root of sahara to stay up late is sin-ha-ra, and as far as siHr=magic, its sin-Ha-ra, a hard H not found in english. we dont worship the moon, thats an old tired easily refuted claim of the christians. do you even know the story of abraham in the quran in surah 6? the crecent symbol doesnt go back to the early days of islam, its recent as the video says, and it only symbolizes the lunar calender used by jews and muslims alike

  • Part 4 - Isaiah 14:12 issue prophecy about hilal ben sahar according to the Hebrew version, in English is Lucifer, Ezekiel prophesied about evil religion that is worshiping the moon = helal. Is it Islam? I have no right to say, you decide

  • hilal ben sahar? what is that? well that so-called prophecy of ezekiel cant be about islam because MUSLIMS DONT WORSHIP THE MOON, there is no evidence in the quran or sunnah that suggests that.

  • Part 5: Arabs took the word Hilal from the Hebrew and use it as crescent.

Five percent and more of the Arabic langue come from the Hebrew language, other languages combined from the Hebrew and from other languages also. Example: Saturday in Hebrew is Sabbath, in French is Samedi, in Spanish is Sábado. Holy in Hebrew is Kadesh in Arabic is kadis, day in Hebrew is yaum in Arabic is yaum, Hala in Arabic is halal in Hebrew. Arabs pronounce the numbers as the Jews also.

  • Arabic did not descend from hebrew. It desended from aramaic. Of course hebrew and arabic have similarities because they're both semitic languages.

  • Arabs are of the desert, the word Arab in Arabic means sorted = put away. No Semitism in Arab people.

  • Err wrong. Arabs are semitic. You dont even need to be a historian to know that. You say you're a middle eastern christian and yet you don't even know that...

  • huh? arabs arent semetic? actually i have heard arabic is closest to the old semetic akkadian language than hebrew is. where do you get this nonsense from?

  • Part 6: In Hebrew or Arabic, Hilal means praised, Halel means praising, m-halhal means praised. Arabs worshiped the moon, the named him Hilal = the praised one, according to what the Hebrew say when they worship God the Creator. Even during Abrahams era, they use to worship the moon.

    Example:

Psalm 145 Verse 2: [Every day I will bless Thee, and I will praise (HALEL) Thy name forever and ever]. Verse 3: [Great is the Lord, and greatly to be praised (HALEL)]

  • The crescent and star are Ancient Turkic Symbols

  • Crescent is not something to be worshipped , and nobody worshippes it or any other thing in the islamic world unlike the cross , statues etc. which is worshipped by the christians,as well as the so called holy spirit ,son and father...

  • the crescent moon has NOTHING to do with ISLAM and it's only a remnant of the OTTOMAN EMPIRE. if it has something to do with ramadan/hijra etc...it must be used only to indicate on islamic calendars, banners to indicate a celebration or special occasion. but NOT as a SYMBOL to identify ISLAM. the prophet muhammad (saaw) never used any symbol, but a plain BLACK or WHITE flag only. i'm really sad that my fellow muslims are adopting this sort of SHIRK which is forbidden is ISLAM.

    salam to all.

  • In dA HoUsE!

  • Cresent & Star are nothing to do with Islam, But since the Ottamans used them the rest of the muslims followed. However in Islam it representate nothing. So muslims can continue to use it or disregard it as they wish,.

  • The importance of the celestial bodies can be seen in many Turkic epics, poems, songs, names etc... One quick example is that of the legendary leader of the Western Turks, Oguz Khan, named his first 3 born Sun, Moon, & Star emphasizing the importance of the celestial objects to Turks. The founder of the Ottoman Turkish empire, Osman, had a dream in which he invisioned a Crescent Moon stretching over the Earth, he took it as a good sign and made it the symbol of his dynasty.

  • The origins of the Crescent & Sun/star are in fact Turkish from ancient times, pre-Islamic. The Turks believed in Shamanisim and more importantly the one supreme Sky God (Tanri) along side others gods like that of the Moon & Sun, when they roamed nomadicaly on horseback in the steppes of Siberia & central Asia.

  • The Ottoman Turks didn't adopt Constantinople's symbols. An ancient coin found in Central Asia has recently shown that the crescent and moon was a Turkic symbol long before the Turks came in contact with the Eastern Roman Empire.

  • The crescent moon was never a Marian symbol. It IS the symbol of Hecate- goddess of the night, witches etc, adopted after an attempted Thracian attack on the City was repulsed at midnight and in moonlight, Byzantine adopted her symbol. This was centuries before Christ.

Sorry Muslims, you stole Byzantine from Christianity, you also got a suprise present in return- the symbol of our ancient goddess of witches and black magic- and you've been proudly flying it on your mosques for centuries!

  • total bullshit and nothing you say has any historical basis ,.. The Turks used the symbol centurys before any one ..

Just like the Wolf is one of our symbols,

    Or 3 cresent moons,

    Etc. Etc, Etc,

wtf are you a gothic ? you're watching to much buffy fuckoff

  • I [am] the LORD thy God, which brought thee out of the land of Egypt: open thy mouth wide, and I will fill Isa 43:3For I [am] the LORD thy God, the Holy One of Israel, thy Saviour: I gave Egypt [for] thy ransom, Ethiopia and Seba for thee

Isa 43:10 Ye [are] my witnesses, saith the LORD, and my servant whom I have chosen: that ye may know and believe me, and understand that I [am] he: before me there was no God formed, neither shall there be after me.

  • Do Jews worship the star of David? Do christians worship the cross? It's symbols and they are not worshipped unlike the ignorant christian missionaries claim.

  • christians do use the cross for worship. they wear them, they use them to pray, they hang them on their walls. etc etc.

  • The Muslim's claim that Allah is the God of the Bible and that Islam arose from the religion of the prophets and apostles is refuted by solid, overwhelming archeological evidence. Islam is nothing more than a revival of the ancient Moon-god cult. It has taken the symbols, the rites, the ceremonies, and even the name of its god from the ancient pagan religion of the Moon-god. As such, it is sheer idolatry and must be rejected by all those who follow the Torah and Gospel

  • Do you speak as a Sun-god worshipper? One of the most famous being Mithra. Long before Jesus, Mithra was said to be a great mediator between God and humanity. He was born to a virgin on December 25th, travelled far and wide with 12 disciples, and died in the service of humanity. He rose again from the tomb, and his resurrection was celebrated with great rejoicing. He was called Saviour, ans sometimes figured as a lamb. People were initiated into the cult through the baptism of blood.

  • Or perhaps that of Dionysus? He was born 25th December. The world was enveloped in evil, so the God of the gods was beseeched to save humanity. The prayer was accepted by Jupiter who declared that his son would redeem the world from its misery. Dionysus, known as his only-begotten son, was sent as the saviour. The shedding of his blood was symbolished in his gift of wine to humanity.

  • Or perhaps the Syrian saviour-god Tammuz? He was killed and rose again every spring. Every year the maidens wept for him and then rejoiced over his resurrection (cf. Ezekiel 8:11-18). Wherever Tammuz was worshipped, there was a spring festival in which a human victim in royal robes was killed *and eaten*, so that his body and blood might bring sallavation to the community. One of the chief centres of Tammuz worship was Bethlehem. Do some proper research before posting anti-Islamic rubbish.

  • Does that erase the fact that you worship moon-god Allah of the pagan islam? Trace the origin of islam and you will arrive at paganism.

Allah is actually the pagan god of the pre-islamic era. face that!

  • Ooh nice come back. All my points addressed and refuted. Re: Islam. Monotheism wasn't unheard of in Arabia before the Prophet, and there is a few (totally inconsequential) traditions I don't agree with - throwing stones at the devil for example. But you seem a bit confused about Islam; animals aren't sacrificed to God for example, the Qur'an actually tells people to stop the practice as it useless. "Allah is actually the pagan god of the pre-islamic era" No, Allah is the Arabic word for God.

  • Allah created the world dumbass, and gave the message of truth to all the prophets (pbuta)Adam, Noah, Abraham, Jacob, Isaah, Moses, Jesus before Mohammed, so of course he would be pre-islamic, duh!

If you met an arab jew or christian jew, and said that they worship a moon god, they are going to kick your sorry ass.

    Because Allah simply MEANS God.

  • It's also more likely that christianity is pagan

The old christians used to pray like muslims,, and jews did to .. (I don't know about the 5 times a day, but I know they did it the same way with the bowing etc.) Further notice that you litteraly worship the cross, you see it as something holy .. while the cross is the sign of CONSTANTINE not of god, neither of jesus as he was killed at a pole not a cross ... (this is been proven

  • you havent even given one good argeument, no evidence, no nothing ....

exept a quote from a book, that most muslims know better than 99,8 % christians? A book of cellections every leader of the christians and every pope has changed to his will ..

The bible for example says the same thing as the Islam .. It's forbidden to make statues/paintings of jesus/god etc. Go to a church .. you'll be amazed everything that is forbidden is still pictured hahah ..

    Yeah right were pagan

  • Really ? why dont you look up First Council of Nicaea , WHy is it that you can believe that we are the ones guilty of idolatry yet you have no problems believing the Jesus is God ,AND hes is the SON of God And he part of God and he and the holy ghost are all god Psa 81:9 There shall no strange god be in thee; neither shalt thou worship any strange god.

  • further notice that you can pick two different bibles from 2 churches and you will most likely get a different bible .. you can go buy a bible .. you will read another one in the church ..

Bible - latin for book / collection of books ..

This book of yours has been changed for 2000 years you are worshipping a cross, you see jesus as god .. you all tell a different story .. and try to make us believe were the ones who's pagan hahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahaha

  • The pagan Arabs worshipped the Moon-god Allah by praying toward Mecca several times a day; making a pilgrimage to Mecca; running around the temple of the Moon-god called the Kabah; kissing the black stone; killing an animal in sacrifice to the Moon-god; throwing stones at the devil; fasting for the month which begins and ends with the crescent moon; giving alms to the poor, etc.

  • lol, you must be verry stupid to think we worship the cresent moon and star ..

Allah is the Arabic word for god ..

No arab walked 7 times arround the kabah, but yes kabah was known as a religious place long before that and people all arround the world would visit it ..

They never vasted before Islam .. and they didn't give anything to the poor .. your talking bullshit .. just to make your claims more legit ..

LoL do some research ok ..

  • When Israel fell into idolatry, it was usually the cult of the Moon-god. As a matter of fact, everywhere in the ancient world, the symbol of the crescent moon can be found on seal impressions, steles, pottery, amulets, clay tablets, cylinders, weights, earrings, necklaces, wall murals, etc. In Tell-el-Obeid, a copper calf was found with a crescent moon on its forehead.

  • Further notice, that the bible is changed by whoever wanted to add something or change something .. Jesus had nothing to do with the bible accept that his story is being told in the bible ..

Tell me who wrote the bible ? why did the popes change it to their will ..

Tell me why you worship 3 things as god ..

And all scholars know that AGES before islam turkic tribes and peoples used as their sign, like they did with the wolf..

  • For example, Istar was a daughter of Sin. Sacrifices to the Moon-god are described in the Pas Shamra texts. In the Ugaritic texts, the Moon-god was sometimes called Kusuh. In Persia, as well as in Egypt, the Moon- god is depicted on wall murals and on the heads of statues. He was the Judge of men and gods. The Old Testament constantly rebuked the worship of the Moon-god (see: Deut. 4:19;17:3; II Kngs. 21:3,5; 23:5; Jer. 8:2; 19:13; Zeph. 1:5, etc.)

  • In ancient Syria and Canna, the Moon-god Sin was usually represented by the moon in its crescent phase. At times the full moon was placed inside the crescent moon to emphasize all the phases of the moon. The sun-goddess was the wife of Sin and the stars were their daughters.

  • AminaEJ I doubt you read the Quran in its entirety. And the translated version of the Quran loses alot of its meaning, it was intended to be used in Arabic only. If you do read the Quran there are only two versions I would recommend Yosef Ali version and Pickthal (british convert). Untill you read the Quran with an open mind to study it rather than try to scrutinize and disapprove it your opinion is futile. And you want me to believe you read all the major scriptures? lol funny

  • This seems to be inaccurate as the crecent symbol was widely used long before the Ottomans ever appeared.

It was also used by the Ayyubids and Mamluks on there Mosques so it's a much older symbol then the 15th century and does not originate from Constantinople or the Hagia Sofia church.

  • Odd, your comment seems to be born out of a misunderstanding of what has been said.

  • and that's the end of that chapter

  • God bless you, thanks for uploading

  • Human fantasy

  • In what way do any of the people attacking each other on this page benefit from it? I can only imagine its a kind of spurious pleasure based on feeling infallibly "right" about your own world view. Listen, why not use your wonderful intelligences for something more positive?

  • In Eurobe:catholics killed millions of protostants then the protostant did the same when they got the power,Christians did the holocaust against jews,Christians serbs killed 100,000 bosnians,American Christians killed millions of Vietnamese and native Indian Americans,200,000civilians in heroshima najazaki killed by American Christians,Temothy Mcvay who did the oclahoma explosion r Christian,The Spanish Inquisition, bombing the abortion clinics in USA by Christians,Slavery, native indians

  • see my videos on slavery in islam

  • Such CDs are made by buying these debt-ridden people by paying money. You don't see their names against their photograph, so as to avoid prosecution against Islamic propagandists. Names used for these people are never of hi-fi scientists, they just use names that you can find on internet.

Read translations of Koran on internet to know what it says. Koran is worst among all religious scriptures. I got to know all this when i visited faithfreedom (dot) org

  • dear AminaEJ - go and actually READ the Quran book yourself before you speak such of the Quran saying you read things on a particular ANTI-MUSLIM website where of course you are NOT getting any Quranic truth. Peace! :)

  • So you believe in your religion because a lot of other people -- billions -- believe too? That's poor logic. Most people believed the world was flat a few thousand years ago, and those millions of people were dead wrong. They told Copernicus to shut the fuck up too, but he was right. Numbers don't make something true. Religion is ancient storytelling, nothing more.

  • And the Quran tells us you'd say the exact thing you just said "religion is ancient storytelling," word for word, over 1400 years ago.

  • "And the Quran tells us you'd say the exact thing you just said "religion is ancient storytelling," word for word, over 1400 years ago.": That proves that the author was aware of how people would counter his argument. It does not prove that the author was divinely inspired, but that he was clever. Hubbard, who invented Scientology, a more recent religion, was also clever at contriving it and foreseeing counter-arguments. His cleverness, however, does not prove that Scientology is true.

  • So what did Muhammad gain from inventing his religion? He did not appoint a successor, he did not have male heirs, and he died with few possessions to his name. Many of his relatives and friends were killed fighting the Meccans. I fail to see what he gained by inventing a religion.

  • "what did Muhammad gain from inventing his religion?": Perhaps nothing. Jim Jones and David Koresh gained nothing but death, ultimately. Yet they did invent religions. Being the centre of a religion gets you reverence and attention. Or perhaps he sincerely believed it. Whatever the case, none of these things prove the religion's truth.

  • Muhammed did not invent the religion,"blackproteus"

It's the religion of God, go read you won't find any answers sleeping all day long...

  • its not invented

go reed ur bible or w/e

  • not appointing a successor is the root cause of one of the greatest fitnas ie the division of sunnis and shias.ever thought of that, whitey?

  • black proteus, the quran also tells us that the earth is round, the sun isnt in a fixed position rather it follows its own trajectory, so can you explain to me how the author of this book knew these things 1400 years when everyone thought the earth was flat.the only answer is that the author is Allah allmighty.

  • xxxemrexxx -

Aristarchus, an ancient Greek who lived about 800 years before Muhammad, theorized heliocentrism. And about 1000 years before Muhammad, the ancient Indian vedic texts describe heliocentrism. So it isn't amazing that it's in the Koran too. If heliocentrism impresses you so much, perhaps you should convert to Hinduism or follow Zeus.

  • where exactly in the quran does it say that the earth is round?

  • *not pray (that's according to the sun & the 5 different times of the day etc.)

but fasting and the islamic calendar THEREFORE THE CRESCENT

  • Since in Islam it's forbidden to depict or reproduce any creation of God, all you Muslims should stop watching YouTube, disable the image loading function on your computer browsers, and consider going off to live a cave so you'll feel more comfortable in the Stone Age world you'll be reverting to. Religion is the most ridiculous of human creations, and I can't believe people take this stuff seriously in the 21st century.

  • Aha, yes, sure....A few billion people have religions out there, and then you came along. Will shut the fuck up for both Mohammeds and Gods sake?

  • Swearing at me is your counter-argument. That's kind of sad.

  • The moon is not God... Anymore the Crucifix is Christ...

  • Then wait till death overtakes you or wish for death, for sure then you will come to know the truth!

  • By the way the guy says '...the conquest of constantinople in 1453...' surely this is not according to the islamic calendar:-) Since he is so all about 'keeping things real' in islam, it's strange that he didn't make note of that blatant fact...

  • Honey6556 it appears your version is true, because the guy on the screen himself slips up and says these symbols were used in islamic materials long before the conquest of constantinople. Moon worship was prominent

mainly on the Arabian peninsula: the origin of islam.

  • ironically it is forbidden in islam to depict or reproduce (in statues or other forms) any creation of God. So all these crescents and stars both in pictures and on mosques etc, are forbidden things:)

  • at last somebody tells the truth!!!

  • I heard that Paiute of the America call themselve the Numah that 'we' is Ummah and that they have an ancient flood story and they have EEsha in the language as a prophet.

  • Mentioned in the bible? Why would we trust a book written by a group of men who dont seem to know their Last Names? The Ingeel is another issue..

  • really and you know this as a fact

  • Exactly. It's sad that so many Muslims just blindly accept that the star/crescent is the "symbol" of Islam and want to place it over every masjid. I would think that if it were actually the symbol of our faith either Allah or the Prophet would have mentioned it being such.

  • or allah would break it off of every masjid

  • The cross is not a universal symbol of Christianity. It does have Catholic association, and some of the protestant/reformation religions use the cross; but many Christian denominations do NOT use that symbol. Although many recognize it as a Christian symbol, it is not "universal."

  • for most majot christian churches ir has...i.e. orthodox, catholic, anglicans etc....relax

  • I want you to know that the cresent is mention in the bible go read

  • What's your point?

  • Masha'Allah.
