The 40gb ps3's DO NOT have 65nm rsx and cell processors that is a lie, ( I have a 40gb, Which I installed Talismoon Whisper fan 19 blade fan into) The new slims are good cause they have 45nm Processors.. but Launch consoles are good quality overall.

it was not, and still isnt, its the best 1 they ever made, it is the most completely backwards compatible ps3 other the 60gb version. They use the emotion chip, the 80gb, CECHE01 only has an emulator. I own a 20GB (CECHB01) and an 80gb(CECHE01) and the 20gb version play ps2 games alittle better than my 80gb
