@williamleont you'll only get in trouble IF! you play a burned game online and get flagged. you will (almost) never get in trouble, for using legit games.

@wille1811 Why won't you know this? Don't you know which version you let some guys install on your Xbox? When has it been flashed? Because you can search for the release dates of the different LT versions. If you just flashed it, it's probably 1.91 or 2.0.

What about bough XGD3 games? Do you get banned now if u use bought AP25/AP26 and XGD3 games if you flashed your xbox slim 250 GB with 2.0 LT? Because my little brother wants to play Kinect Adventures, which i got together with my Xbox 360 Slim (Lite-on drive). I think this a XGD3 game. And i still don't know if it is possible to play burned XGD3 games if i flashed my Xbox with 2.0 LT. Please, please answer.

there is a way to play them..dwnload a program called horizon, go to xbuc.net and download the tu files associated with ur games..read up on how to use horizon..all of my xgd3 games work and i have the silent update installed....damnit

@abortionofhell None at all unless you have a jtag system. Otherwise, if you rip the game data and are able to compile it into a non XGD3 ISO, the xex would detect it and refuse to boot. Either that or it would trigger a console flag. Or both.

Ok i have a question, i have an Xbox 360 with a Hitachi drive, i got it in 09 and i flashed it only once to the 1.51. I have never had to reflash, even when i have to update to the latest Microsoft dash. Most of the other Xboxes out there need to be reflashed with each dash update but i never have and games still work. So my question is, will i have to flash it this time so i can play the XGD3?
