I have this combo. Very nice but i wish i had the V.1 G15 mouse sometimes because i love the G keys but i cant complain because if i want G keys i get a G11

My G7 got too slick and battery dies fast so I got a X8...what a MISTAKE! Microsoft don't know crap about gaming mice! It's ass is too fat and wheel button is the worst! I WANT a G9 so bad. As soon as I sell the stupid X8 :(

well.. i got this G15 a couple weeks ago. and i think i would ahve liked the old one more becaues of the bigger screeen but at the same time i like this one better because of the smaller area it takes up. and i have a deathadder (razer) and im planning to upgrade to the G9 soon. i agree with you...i only use 800 dpis and the g5 is the most confortable mouse i ever seen..for wat buy this shit with 3200 dpis...and the g9 is uggly like a pig

I thought this was the case. I have a g5 and I love the size. I use all 2000 dpi and rather put my sens down in games (less chance of mouse bugs in that case). I thought the G9 was way too small and wouldnt fit my hand at all. I tried it and it's truly amazing, Logitech have succeeded! Again!

Yeah, i have had such mixed feelings towards the g9 from my friends. Like almost all of them think it looks hell shiz, then like one or to think it looks SWeet. Im one of them, i recon it looks good, reminds me of bf2142 a bit.
