All the main stars in this movie have a River Phoenix connection. I wonder if it was during this movie that River first met Dermot Mulroney. Him and Martha weren't going out at this point but they were still close.

this movie one of my fav! samantha motivates me in playing the violin. i even wrote her name in my notebook so that i will not forget and someday be able to watch the movie again.. i miss samantha! i like the child samantha it naver apear in the trailer..

NOOO! I remember watching a looong time ago when I was about 7 years old but that's about it. I've seen a few clips of her and Keanu and I agree they are really, really cute together. I'm looking for it though so hopefully I'll see it soon. I can't find "Samantha" anywhere though. I think I'm just going to have to get it on Ebay or Amazon.

One of the best movies ever made, but this trailer is a piece of crap! It gives away EVERY plot twist in the film!

LOL Thats the one the movie studio put out.....it was promoted as a summer romnace blockbluster.....but it flopped...but still a good movie
