no. this singer is not the same person that you know as a figure skater. they are both Korean and famous in Korea. this singer is a very talented artist, all of her songs' lirics are absoultely beautiful. and, actually, their names are not same. we Koreans pronunce the singer as "Kim yu-na", but the skater as "Kim Yə-na".
