文茜的point还是有待商榷。她讲日本为的是提醒台湾没有快速和大量的政府出资救市。但是日本的lost decade政府是出了很多钱勉强把zombie banks撑着，但是没什么用。台湾地方小，内需有限，政府花钱在GDP上会见效快，但是较短期，长期关键是在国际产业链上的地位能否保住要自己争取。
