well...i don't know if there is a pc version...but i have a dreamcast so i play it on it until it explodes and i would have to try the pc version =)

well...in this case it was the contrary...a ntsc-j game on an american dreamcast...they are compatible and equivalent tv-norms...give it a try but with american backup-games first, maybe the console takes them =)
