DSTT an R4 SDHC which is better for 8gb micro sd

I had a supercard ds, one, i thought, that this was the best, but it started to freezing after a while, now i have TTDS, and I'm pleased with it's performance, The best thing in it is automatic DLDI patching for all games and software.

You can put many games on a 8gb card, for example: thousands of nes/snes/sega, gbc, etc...games, or simply many many ds games of course. (Especially if you trim them.)Or old pc games(scummvm, or dsx86).

yep the clone r4-III will not support sdhc beyond 4gigs, contrary to what it says on the box "4gb~32gb" even if you're using the most compatible brand. well it'll technically "support" +4gb sd cards but you'll have problems getting it to function correctly. it seems to work fine with my 8gig but only if i stick with one directory for my games, when i add more directories and bring over my media/homebrew it screws up.

My r4-III upgrade and 4Gb sdhc,

works great with 65 roms, 4 albums, music vid, but its almost full.

My 8Gb sdhc will not work the same with more than 4Gb

No need to panic, the old R4DS doesn't work with SDHC cards, but your R4 SDHC will, so your 16Gb card should work a treat. Apparently the R4 SDHC is a clone and not made by the original R4 company, with some users reporting bad things whilst others report good. I just cancelled an order for the R4 SDHC cos of a few bricking stories i've just read, but a lot of people seem to be running them just fine. I just didn't wanna take the risk as it's a gift for someone.
