This is so true. Nellie was on the staff of Howard University and all of the papers of incorporation had to be submitted to Ms. Nellie. She had no idea how to complete the paperwork until she looked at the DST information. ALL OF A SUDDEN, the AKA's paperwork was completed. Although DST's information was submitted first, for some reason, our paperwork was submitted to the administration of Howard University after AKA's.....with the help of Ms. Nellie. First Black sorority....by 5 minutes!
