  • Nice adaptations but some things have a reason: cooling gazpacho is important because that way ingredient´s flavours blend and make the real gazpacho taste, the more you let it rest the better. By the way, you can skip vinegar and it will have a better taste. For an extra, when serving you can add a small slice of avocado, for the creamy lovers. :)
