What I was trying to say in the last comment is, this is the next-gen inexpensive console to get, it has the least failure rate, and it plays old school games like a beast, it allows a lot of potential and people whine to much about graphics, It's graphics are beautiful and it surpasses two gamecubes,it is awesome, it can upscale gc games to 480p for the casuals who might want to play GC titles, or give them a shot, making your console look like this isn't even a risk with under 1% failure rate.

but when a 360 costs less then it, and it is a heavy hitter concole with gears, halo, and dead space, you cant really compare them. You can say RROD all you want, but I have had my 360 for 3 years, and all i had an issue with was the fan, so i swaped it out for a luquid cooling system, no probs for me anymore

AHHAH who is going to mess up the wii, it has a under 1% failure rate, out of the hole fucking bunch it sold under 1%, Im talking like 2 wii's broke hahah out of a million, I would recommend modding this console, by far the cheapest with the newest games, better than a modded ps2, and it just looks compact and sexy, its fucking badass, it can run linux, look like this, play some amazing games, use Emulators, be hacked for a lot of potiental like using DVD's on it, use 480p, good system 8/10 :)

There is always a risk, but I an no experience and followed the direction pretty easy. Just go slow and make sure everything fits and don't strip screws!

No soldering required. You just remove the screws and your in! the tools are included!!

Yeah that is where i bought it, but you can check eBay for better prices. There is some rewiring but its all included and it just involves swapping the wii data/fan cable for theirs. It was not hard at all.

You use the same screws. It is very important not to strip, damage or lose them when taking the Wii apart!!
