orphanage singer just do one song in the first WT album. Also there are some riffs from orphanage's guitar. And yes, she is sharon. There are just 2 girls singing in that song. One is sharon, the other is the orphanage singer. Sharon does the high pitch voice. If you didnt know, orphanage were Wt's godfathers when they started. >Wt was a good band when they released their first shit. Today is a big piece of shit.... sadly. But orphanage never sold out, they are fucking amazing still....

but sharon (and two other women I think) done this song with the orphanage and the lead singer of the orphanage done most of the grunting in the WT albums: 'enter' & 'the dance' not to mention there is a clip of Sharon performing this song live on the special features of 'the silent' force DVD :DDD
