You over did it a bit at first but I found this comforting.

You didn't rush it and spent plenty of time explaining the quality and moving the headset around twisting turning etc: I Bought a pair of these based solely upon your reveiw and also bent arm. Am extremely happy. They totally cover my ears. Cuts all noise from the outside world. Improved my kill percentage and stealth atack by more than 100% I can hear enemies aproaching from all angles.

Well, its not perfect surround sound but to answer your question, Yes. However, keep in mind that these headsets have problems. Specifically, connectivity and driver issues. You will find yourself logging in and out of windows in order to get the drivers to work properly. Also, if you don't listen to audio in a specific amount of time, about 5 minutes or so, they will shut off, even while wearing them. Also, the driver utility is pure crap. Something to keep in mind.

The "sound from one side" is a common issue when not using surround in BFBC2, my G35's does the same so I just leave it on the surround sound setting (sounds awsome when using the war tapes).

@phaaaz Most wireless headsets either use a USB dongle or bluetooth and this one uses a USB dongle (it's in the video 1:41). Either way, I don't know of a sound card with USB or Bluetooth capabilities, so I'll stick to using good pair of wired headphones.

I purchased these headphones out of necessity because i broke my old icemat siberia's and was horribly dissapointed. They were very uncomfortable for me to wear for longer periods of time. The features are nice but the comfort is most important for me. Sooooo, long story short i returned these to best buy and shelled out the $250.00 for the Astro gaming a40's. Definitely the most comfortable and crystal clear sound i've gotten out of headphones both for music and gaming.

@Adrian890722 the battery life is consistent to what is advertised. If you leave it fully charged (usually around 2 hours) it does live up to the full 10 hours. You will get a beeping sound around 30 minutes left, which will notify you to recharge. The one issue I have with the headset, is the Microphone. At first you can set it at any position and it will hold there. However, after using it for awhile, the microphone completely just drops down with no sense of hold. Really disappointing.

I tried again (same server) and it worked for 30 minutes or so then froze up I've tried clicking on "BFBC2Updater" in the root folder and it would appear that it is up to date.I know that I used to get people all the time in rooms along with 0 crashes.The only thing I've changed with my computer setup is that I've added a triple core Phenom II and another 2 gb stick of ram

@spilot14 @spilot14 Headphones are actually shown to be safe. Yes they release electromagnetic radiation but it is on a safe level. If you REALLY are concerned with it then I'd recommend a pair of headphones from Ultrasone with the S-logic design. I do not KNOW if they truly protect against radiation but by looking at gadgetry layout then it's only logical that they would indeed help. Additionally, you'll be saving your ears from possible hearing damage from a conventional set of 'phones.
