Apparently Joe was kissing too softly (it was supposed to be an angry/impulsive kiss). So he had to keep doing it. It doesn't show it in this video, but the 4th time Joe overcompensates & actually kisses way too hard so Ariel cracks up laughing right into his mouth! They explain it in the ISWAK New Year's special (which is really hilarious btw. Totally recommend watching it here on youtube).

found it on google and wiki...

The writers husbend said that he has the ending to itazura na kiss.

And some pople say that in season 3 Zhi Shu and Xiang Qin will get twins and they will find a cure against her sickness^^
