  • very nice! its funny to see those complaining about this being beyond white belt ability... just goes to show what quality of instruction your white belt receive under you. very good!!!

  • @Thecashflowman These videos are to show the 'correct' way to learn them. As you improve your flexibility you will be able to kick higher. In self defense you could do #4 as a front kick to the groin, then a round kick to the knee and I am pretty sure you would incapacitate your attacker.

  • @MasterMalm But aren't kicks below the belt "ilegal"??? (I practice ITF, by the way)

  • @manuel8887 In a tournament setting and sparring we do not attack below the belt, but in self defense it is quick and very effective.

  • These don't seem like white belt moves. Most of these stances and strikes weren't taught until green belt.

  • @trinil1 These are the stances and techniques that I teach my beginner white belts along with Saju Jurugi and Saju Magki.

  • Very nice demonstrative technique. i myself am Green Belt although i like revising over some of my older techniques and what not :)

  • Thank you! My kids are taking and since we can't video tape their classes it's hard for them to remember what moves to practice at home and in between classes.

    =)

  • Very good. Thanks.

  • Very nicely done Master Malm. Thanks for uploading them to YouTube. I need to start practicing so I can get back to Desert TaeKwonDo. TTYL, HAND, hynmay
