This is a good example why wrestlers and UFC fighters should stick to wrestling and fighting. The plot was hard to follow. The fight scenes were too obviously choreographed. The acting was weak. The talents of Michael Douglas, Ewen McGregor, and Antonio Banderas were wasted here. The only thing that might be worse is if Carano and John Cena decide to make a movie together.

Muscle mass doesn't count for everything, many untrained attackers are clumsy and even if they managed to get their hands around you wouldn't know how to execute a finish.

as most martial arts teach, especially aikido and other defence disciplines, an untrained attacker's biggest weakness is their own strength. Im a guy and yout comments are a little naiive to say a guy can beat up a girl hands down with no hesitation.
