  • Is it just me or is Michael the shortest?

  • I love when they do that "pointing" thing.

  • larga vida al rey !!

  • I wish they stayed together, MJJ's big mistake was leaving his bros.

  • @PiccoloGT777 you're kidding....

  • MJ is the best

  • Très jolie vidéo!!! merci

  • i love this were can you get motown 25 on dvd

  • Michael always stood out from the rest .. you can see from this performance

he was gonna be a HUGE star .. he was always the best one .. i love you Michael.

  • All my comments underneath this one belong to HillToTheMan68 !!!!

  • Any one else get a lil emotional during the I'll Be There performance?

  • @GrandsonofSoul i so did

  • lol, out comes randy with his ugh boots

  • RIP Michael but let us not forget Marlon's stillborn twin brother Brandon. Could've been The Jackson 6.

  • Where is the full version of this concert ?

  • Ok...Marlon, stop tryna be like Mike, this is exactly why you are MARLON JACKSON, not MICHAEL JACKSON

  • @HillToTheMan68 Shut the hell up! Ignorant people like you make me sick. He's not tryna be like MICHAEL JACKSON! Marlon is Marlon and Michael is Michael.Big difference. He's not tryna be like him. Stop being ignorant!

  • @HillToTheMan68 Hey you know that storry which Michael told a reporter in an interview in the '80s ? Or rather the interview with Oprah ? Michael himself told them both how it works when he and his brothers had to practice for their next concert : They practice the songs and the steps and Joe Jackson ( we all know that he beat Michael ! ) controlled that every note & every single step was done right ! If you missed a step , Michael said , Joe came to beat you ! You HAVE to do it RIGHT ! ...

  • ... And Michael also said that his brothers always tryed to do it right , especially Marlon ! But Marlon (and in this cause you're propably right ) was Marlon , not Michael ! And Joe beated Marlon more for his mistakes than anyone else of his brothers , especially Michael ! ( Katherine also wrote a Book about their family-storry called "The Jacksons - An american dream" . The storry is filmed with the same title and shows all the truth behind the smiles of the Jackson 5 , especially this storry)

  • ... So you can guess what happened and what Joe Jackson said ? Right, Marlon had to put up the beats of his father, Joe (Michael and the others indeed had to call Joeseph) .. . And Joe said: do it like Michael! Do it like Michael! Now guess what is going on in the head of a ... 7-year-old boy when he is beaten, perhaps due to a minimal mistake in a choreography of his own father under the instruction "Do it like Michael!" ?

  • ... Jeah , I think Marlon was scared and when he performed he might thought :" Do it like Michael , do it like Michael , do it like Michael ... " or " Ok , now this step ... that step ... singing up ... this step ... puh concert over ... I haven't done any mistake , I hope " ! By the way for Michael it was heavy too , because he just danced and sang along , haven't done as much mistakes as his brothers , but he wasn't allowed to be a kid and he saw what happened to Marlon ...

  • ... and always that sentence : Do it like Michael ! I can imagine that he wished that he could help his brother(s) by being worse than his talent made him , doing mistakes although he actually got it or sth. like that ... but he couldn't do it wrong because he actually was and will ever be the King of pop although he wasn't crowned this title back than ... ! Michael was / is unique and neither Joe nor Michael or anyone else thought of the possibility that nobody would ever BE like MJ !

  • is it just me or is randy's arms like super long

  • I miss you D:

  • I miss you michael!

  • 1:13 marlon n mike pose the same way lol :)

  • 1:14-1:18 Now THAT is a kid that is entertained!!! Damn, what entertainer these days has the ability to make kids go crazy like that AND drive the women crazy and adults of all different age groups??? This performance proves it....hell MJ ALWAYS proves it! Only MJ can do this. Check out his performance at the 30th anniversary...same thing if not even a GREATER reaction to this.

  • Wowww.. T esuper recontra amo mi vida!!!!!... stas en mi Mike!!!!..

  • at 2:07!!!! the jackson line!!!!!

  • This is a moment in time that will be cherished forever God bless the Jackson family and Rest in Peace MJ

THIS IS BROTHERLY LOVE THAT WILL FOREVER LAST

yep I'm about to cry now

  • Jackson 5- Yay

    Michael Jackson-YAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAY!

  • Clearly Michael has already "departed" from the rest of the Jackson 5 and left them in the dust. He was just performing on his own and his brothers were like backup singers. They used to be very choreographed back in the old days.

  • This was his prime. Glad to have lived through it. He's almost the legend of legends.

  • A young Don Cheadle at 1:17. Huge fan of MJ.

  • Michael was already a star in his own light by this time. People forget off the wall was released in '79 and sold more than anybody could have imagined.

  • When will they put this on to Blu-ray and the 30th anniversary, this is so awesome, i was only 1 years old during motown 25 :)

  • whoa I didn't kow they sung never can say goodbye! in my video it went to "Ill be there" Wow! Thanks for posting!! !!

  • I remember this...He just took his game to another level coming off " Off the Wall" This performance is unmatched!!!

  • go michael jermaine and marlon i love u

  • they were so amazing, Michael.. I am in awe even afyter so many years I still am.

  • hey thanks a lot for uploading this video..... it means sooo much to me. I tried looking several places for this performance but most were removed on youtube... Once again thanks buddy. Made my day :)

  • Comment removed

  • love how mike didnt let jermaine hold the microphone for his part lmao

  • dang man, I never can say goodbye should have been longer :'(

  • Comment removed

  • INCLUDING JERMAINE....LOL!

  • You know what pisses me off, the 3 people that disliked this video watched it.... if they really disliked it they wouldn't of watched this masterpiece !!!

  • I never tire of watching this video and this super artist

  • is fantastic

  • It's so fun to see! When Michael tells the audience to raise their hands, the entire black audience stand up and start dancing, while the white ones just sit there clapping.

  • @GodBlessAmerica121 I don't think he lip synced, but I believe he had playback?

  • RANDY!..........lmao

  • Im going to buy a gun to pistol whip 3 morons.

  • @xxarianao1xx you're gonna pistol whip who?

  • @brandon9651 the 3 idiots who would pressed the dislike instead of the like button, lol.

  • @xxarianao1xx lol i'd shoot them jokers with an ak-47

  • 4:54 He cut in front of his own brother

  • It's cool how like Michael used to be a kid but then grew up and remembers his childhood.

  • hey ppl! Me And My Cousins Started This Show Called The Real House Wives Of Them Jacksons! Wall Should Check It Out! We Would Really Apperciate It! Thank You For Your Time! Stay Blessed!:D

  • 4.30-4.50 so beautifful

  • The whole show was amazing. Seeing Michael perform Billie Jean for the first time was wonderful. I wish someone would air the whole program again.

  • I remember when I saw dis 4 da 1st tyme n was dancing all over da place I still love Michael!!!!!!!!!!

  • These was the good old days, back when performers didn't lip sync

  • The whole show is perfect! But I also love the fact that it's a family reunion. That's why from 4:27 is my favourite part. MJ singing with Jermaine again.

  • Best performance ever!

  • MJ THE BEST EVER!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

  • I love it...!

  • Thank you !!!

  • This is amazing watching him all those years ago and see the making of 'THE GREATEST ENTERTAINER OF ALL TIME" its just wonderful.

  • my fav. part is 0:00-7:29

  • Mike was happy as shit yu can tell! He was so excited! Although MJ's solo career did wonders you can tell that he was so in love with being in a part of the jackson five..

smh THE GREATEST THAT EVER WILL DO IT!!!!!

  • @deenzilla because Jermaine deserted the Jackson 5, in earlier times. The Jackson 5 changed from motown to epic records, but jermaine was the only one who stayed with Motown, because he was married to Berry Gordy's daugther, and Berry Gordy is the Motown boss ;-). And so the Jacksons were Michael, Marlon, Tito, Jackie and Randy

  • Everything I see an interview with Michael and he mentions his brothers he always says " including Jermaine " why is that ?

  • GO MICHEAL!!!!!!!!!

  • Comment removed

  • I think the Jacksons as a group are underrated. Everyone of them was talented. One of the best groups of all time

MJ in his prime is untouchable

  • woooooooooow.....woooooow wooooow wooooow! That's all that came outta my mouth.

  • omg...i luv when he bit his lip at 0:14

  • I could never get tired of this performance!!!

  • It's easy to see why Michael was the star of the group and had such a huge career after. He had amazing presence and was so energetic. When watching them all perform, your eyes followed Michael (at least mine did).

  • Michael always stood out from the rest ... he always will......<3

  • Beautiful...simply indescribable...I'm sitting here about to cry. I'm going to have to have to tell all of the MJ fans I know to listen to this...The JCKSONS AT THEIR very BEST.

  • Michael's the only one good-looking the group

  • Great video...I never get tired of any of these great songs!

  • why doesn't anyone have the intro to this? (Jackson five montage)

  • I wonder how the Band after them and michaels solo performance with Billie Jean must have felt. Must have sucked epicly. Does anybody remember any other bands at that concert?

  • One of the 5 up there could have BEEN THERE for him and he would still be alive today. So so so sad :(

  • @hotdog2020 yes its sad teh entourage MJ surounded himself adn the jealosy of his brotehrs made them to loose contact.Somebody shoulda been there for mike definately but he used to change number etc he was Mj you aint goign to tell Michael Jackson waht to do no matter if you ar ea brother or a mother

  • @fede4real That's why he's dead. Put his trust in white people instead of his family.

  • Michael is the best!!!!

  • cant yall tell how marlon trying to compete with michael on the stage with the dancing in the beginning

  • @MJLOVER4000 Yes, and it was quite annoying how he kept trying to compete with him. Marlon too stiff to try and compete with Michael. If you watch a lot of those videos of them performing as kids, you can see Marlon tried it then too.

  • @Apollonia316 he didnt try to compete with michael he was trying to be like michael nobody could ever do that though

  • @DALLYWALL2015 It is the SAME difference. Shalom!

  • @Apollonia316 That isn't really the case... Marlon is like an abused child when it comes to dancing so what you see is him overcompensating from the trauma in childhood. He was the one actually getting most of the beatings for missing steps when they started as the jackson5. Mike said so himself . So you'll notice now he actually is getting the steps but he's over performing them like he's still trying to avoid the ass whippin. If he would've loosened up he might have given mike a run.

  • He had very clear that, that night would be HIS night, since his clothes, so brightless, so uper than his brothers. He was allways the best of all. His performance was allways superior than the others artist, as singer, dancer and as a show man. I just simply loved him since I saw him for the first time, when I was 10. He was an will be my angel on heaven.

  • Michael was probably such a cool big brother to Randy.

  • Love the brother line dance in "Stop the Love You Save" 1:57

  • I love this video!

  • 2:06 my favorite part!!! =D

  • @xAxCxDxCx58 it's EVERYBODY's favorite part !! ME included :)))))-

  • yes

  • Im jealous of MJ's smile. hes got a great one

  • Is Michael wearing an Ov Glove?

  • Randy Looks Like...EAZY E!!

  • Michael had so much energy to give to all the people.

  • michael was alwayz sexy bt i think he looked better dark however it waznt his decision 2 change he was forced by medical problems

  • i love this motown 25 performence b/c mj and family

  • White rhythm (The woman in the purple dress) 0:32 - 0:35

  • @Tuckermanz

    yeah that was funny :d

  • god so loved the world he be gave us michael jackson

  • Was Mike still black? hahaha

  • 0:32 - 0:34 Love the way that guy is clapping his hands for all he's worth, LOL. The Jacksons have such huge charisma and style! Something that the manufactured boy bands of today will NEVER be able to match.

  • @JayRicci7891 say it again!!!!

  • @JayRicci7891 There was never suppose to be another Sinatra, but along came Sammy Davis Jr. There was never suppose to be another Elvis, but along came Micheal Jackson. So on and so on. There's millions of ICONS to come.

  • this is awesome. but it happened so long ago. how did you even get it?

  • Love Michael!

  • Just call my name and I'll be there!

  • This Is HISTORY!

    Michael I Love Youu.!!!!! <333

  • Boy! the people in that room got to witness greatness!

  • It's easy to see why Michael ended up having the career he had. He was the most dynamic, energetic entertainer for that entire show. His moves were so precise. You couldn't take your eyes off him. Even to this day when I watch this, it's like boy that Michael was different. You can see it.

  • Poor Tito didn't get hug from Michael.... ;)

  • 0:30 Looool

  • When I see this performance, I start to beleive in God again. Because the way Michael move's aint natural, thats the work of God right there.

  • funny how when something is nice, it's God.

When it's bad, the work of man or demons. so childish.

  • Hey, everyone is entitled to there own spiritual or religious beleifs. You are also entitled to your own, but don't dismiss my comment as childish as Michael himself stated many times that he beleived his talent came from God.

  • yes, and i gave you my opinion.

i never said you had no right to say what you did.

  • uh...what?

  • What what?

  • OMG THE KID IS GOIN APESHIT AT 1:16

  • @microdDud21 -- im pretty certain the kid at 1:16 is Jackie's son....you see and 25 year older version at MJ's funeral and also in A&E Jackson's tv show....

  • was randy drunk wtf ??? its was awesome doe love the The jacksons

  • mike sooo cute (:...hes ganna always be my fav. singer....i miss him):

  • 1:25 - 1:41 Its like they are just up there having too much fun lol.....

...and then mike kills it at 1:44 - 1:51

  • pause your computers at 5:05 it is so beautiful brings back good memories of michael

  • 2:05 = brilliant

  • michael was amazing and an awesome guy too it was so upsetting wen he died

  • 1:49 brilliant

  • wat do u hav against muslims? im not one but still its not nice! :(

  • i dont want to be an ass but they are immigrating to european countries in massive numbers race mixing with the indegenous people of europe, costing money, starting violence and NOT ASSIMILATING to european culture. they tear down ancient churchesto make mosques. ok to an extent, but i dont want europe to look like iraq!!

  • immagrating after they raped other countries.

  • My Brothers, my brothers!!!

  • Randy looks like he's about to go play soccer in Michael's "Beat It" shirt and "HIStory" tour pants...lmao.

  • Its such a pitty jermain became a muslim.

  • i'm sorry but why ?

  • ur a fuckin racist. I'm not muslim but muslins aren't violent. For example, they didn't go and make war in Vietnam. ok, jk but do you know that muslins invented the digts ( 0,1,2 ... ), and really helped medicine ( check Wikipédia). I think everyone should accept each other or even try to understand him - and that was the message of MJ, u know.

  • was it a car wreck

  • such class....wow.

  • that was amazing. so beautiful.

it kills me that i have to wait until heaven to see him again ;)

  • Oh, how I miss you Michael. Love you always my darling.

  • MJ is AMAZING!!!! Love him <3

  • the love you save is the best

  • @ureatowel15 Yes!

  • wasnt this after Randy had that wreck..

  • Yes he had the wreck before the Destiny tour in 1980.

  • The time he is singing with Jermaine is so cute!!!!!!!!!

  • 1:04 to 1:09 michael owns everyone some reason thats my fav part
