Yes. That is true. But that was 2 years ago. One song off the unknown album was released on radio (Lowie's Hot 30 Countdown) in Australia on Boxing Day in 2006. She was 18. The genre was pop-rock and the song name was 'Feel It'. No trace of this song are to be found online. So hopefully we'll hear from her soon! *Fingers Crossed*
