For elfs it means Ever Lasting Friends though I am unsure of the origin. For sones, you gotta ask snsd's fans to explain that. :))

SO stands for the SoNyuhShiDae and "one" stand for SNSD and their fans are one. The heart replacing the letter 'o' stands for the pink balloons which represents SNSD.
