From his view and my personal view i know for a fact that Petrosyan has not done anything to Armenia in his years in office.

The buildings Yerevan is building are one of the strongest in the world they can survive earthquakes of up to 9 ! Originaly the pla for Yerevan was not to build buildings higher than 3 stories, then they changed it to 5 now, we are building to with no limit. This is becasue of the remarkable engineering skills and the doof kar, that is light and strong.
