Animation doesn't have the repect is used to have in the 20's - 40's as it began to be marketed more and more for children. It's sad no one can see Animation is an art form good enough to tell a good story. It could be comedy, drama, action, adventure, you name it. Shame "adult animation" is only associated with the Fox Sunday line-up and South Park.

You see some Miyazaki films being released in theaters nation wide now, and this FMA film was actually released nation wide in Canada for two days. It is still a little surprising though yeah.
