Hi ya'll, just about to start week 1, can anyone tell me how reps to do in each superset? And also how many sets would you advise to be done? I am trying to get a set of abs by august ready for my holiday. I have also changed my diet, which I'm hoping will help.
is it strange if i started working out 2 weeks ago, 5 minutes of situps each evening before bed and im already getting small signs of a six pack, im expecting something more visiable in about 2 months or less
@ArmorKingRulez look i did the hole program and my body fat at the begining was also 25 and now its 10, i have a six pack but it needs some more practice, so i restart the whole program so i can reach even closer to perfection and to lose some more fat...so in my opinion just do what i did,it might me a little boring for you but i am having some fun:)
@dragonballma this comment proves how obesity and fast food are over taking how people think of exercise..........this is called exercise......it is good and healty for you....
@dragonballma dude just so you know if you do exercise like running , doing abs or pushups it doesnt stop you growing...but if you do a lot of exercise's with heavy wheights then not only your body will stop growing but you will get shorter too... also iam 13 years old and i will put in 16 weeks a photo of mine before and after so you can join me....
lildsax: You start with how many you can do, then add more reps as you go on. Don't expect to see resaults after 2 weeks. But if you EAT CORRECTLY and endure the workout you will see improvement. I lost 13kg and got into the best shape of my life...I didn't even followed the program exactly. That's how efficient this is.

I started the 16 week program yesterday and I can already tell this is going to be legit. I want my abs back and I can tell you just from one workout that if you stick with this it will work. I am looking forward to seeing my abs again after losing them a couple months ago

well if you go to the abs program website it it has some tips , and instead of doing diet you must eat meat and not worry about that....
