Thank you for your video. I have been on Tysabri for over 4 years now. It has been fantastic but I have been on it such an extended time and I am JC Virus positive so my risk of PML is getting much higher. I also have been considering Gilenya. With Tysabri I have had 0 active lessions. However, my neuro put me on a drug "holiday" to help control risk and I went to 10 active lessions on Rebif. I am debating if it is work risking trying Gilenya for a little bit to see how I do....
Just started with Gilenya was on betaferon 4 six years and my last MRI showed my leisons had grown a tad. So my doctor told me that the best for me was to change to gilenya. cheerio
@eternity222 Right now I'm suffering with optic neuritis and I have to go to the docs soon. Nov 14 is my next appt. Sterioids will make me bigger! lol. I'll more than likely have to take them once I go to the docs. I really don't like MS..it sucks sometimes. My flare ups happen every two years.
@MsBabyBoppa I know how you feel, MS does suck! Every two years doesn't seem bad in my opinion, I suppose because I have them more often. Lol. I hope that the steroids help you, and don't make you much bigger! You have to do what you have to do, right? I hope all goes well. Keep me updated!
