  • I love pole dance and I love contortion and that's why the cocoon is one of my favorite moves on the pole. Your movements and poses are so precise and perfectly extended--that long hold you did in thenopen V before inverting was absolutely exquisite! I enjoyed how you took your time getting into the contortion--the perfect pacing shows off your awesome skills. ..and the chest stand at the end was gorgeous!

  • @Poledancefan

Thanks a lot for your constructive comments, such are indeed very encouraging! I keep trying to perfect my skills and there's so much in pole dancing to work on all the time, strength, flexibility, fluidity, lines...but that's why we love it, isn't it?

  • Where do you buy the chalk products for the pole?

  • @jhoneybee10

There are stores and other distributers here but I can see that we're not on the same continent. It is a liquid chalk called White Gold and the brand is Black Diamond. I guess you can google it to find where to purchase.

  • Wow you are very flexible, and awesome on the pole, how many times do you stretch a day??

  • @jhoneybee10

Thank you! I stretch after work-outs at the gym which is three days a week. It happens that I do a session at home but not very often. I should be stretching every day, but I don't really find time for it!

  • Do you use hand grip when you pole?

  • @Sh0paHo0lic

I use chalk, dry hands or similar products.

  • Love your vids. I'm so scared to try a chest stand. I have a bit of flexibility in my back, but I'm so worried I'll break my back or snap my neck or something.

  • @sexxyredhead

Thanks! Seems everyone are fearing the same with those chest stands, so did I and that's why I started with my bed as a support (see earlier vid). But actually when finally tried out, I think you will realize that the risk of breaking your back isn't high, it's not as bad as it looks in that sense. Maybe you can start like I did, or someone could hold your legs? Don't forget to warm up and stretch the neck and back before.Feel free to send me a message if you need further advice!

  • here is my tip its kinda hard to explain but here goes lol, what helped me was how i hook the leg in the Scorpio on the pole, hook it very high up in the bend in your knee so you knee and you toes are horizontal and parallel to the floor, its a bit more painful but it helps when trying to come out of it.

  • @Kktranny

Got it, and I think it makes sense. I'll try that next time, thanks!!

  • YOUR AWESOME .
