Sudan, Somalia, Ethiopia, Eritrea, Djibouti, we are all same people, but may be our politicians have different views and their own Needs to keep their position in power, but we must not listen to them,
when we come in Europe or America we are united like brothers, so why we don't to be like that in Africa
I LOVE SUDANESE MUSCI..WHEN I WAS A LITTLE CHILD IN ETHIOPIA THERE WERE PLENTY OF SUDANESE MUSICIANS SINGING IN ETHIOPIA AND ETHIOPIANS SINGINING SUDANESE AND ETHIOPIAN MUSIC TOGETHER! I LOVE YOU AMAZINIG PEOPLE!!
This is one heck of music. I love it. One of the best combo I heard coming from Ethiopia and Sudan. God Bless Both Countries. El Hilwa Zeyek Bet Nawar, Ayamak Zaman Atharwa...wow! this is amazing..thanks for sharing clip.
Since I was a child I used to listen to Ethiopian music, it is unique and beautiful music. Ethiopian Nation is a nation of old and great civilization. God bless Ethiopia and Sudan, and keep us as people away from political mess. I hope that the Friendship between Sudan and Ethiopia will go on forever. Regards my friends every where. SALAM, ANDEMENNA
31:6-7 But there are, among men, those who purchase idle tales, without knowledge (or meaning), to mislead (men) from the Path of Allah and throw ridicule (on the Path): for such there will be a Humiliating Penalty. When Our Signs are rehearsed to such a one, he turns away in arrogance, as if he heard them not, as if there were deafness in both his ears: announce to him a grievous Penalty
This was predicted 1400 yrs back. How man violates from nature & why. Earth
i love this song ... it is so great and allah yer7am said khalifa was one of the best sudanese singers .... all respect to our ethiopians friends as well
Said Khalifa,Wardi and Yasir Tamtam we ethiopians are blessed to have you as a family. We thank you for singing ethiopian songs, i hope the new Sudanese young taleneted singers follow your step. Peace.
I am Sudanese. I love Ethiopian music even much than Sudanese Music. Ethiopian are wonderful people and we all like them. They have old culture and the history can tell. They are also beautiful people.
gslmn5, thank you my sudanese brother for a nice comment. as an Ethiopian I must tell you I love sudanese music just like my fellow Ethiopians. this music is wonderful and it is a timeless classic in Ethiopia. you see simply we Ethiopians and you Sudanese are brothers! akhwan akhwan
This comment has received too many negative votesshow
I am really disappointed to see sudanes legend AL-SAYID KHALIFA with cheap ethiopian. Sudanes are Somali-saqiiq brothers, not cousin, but real brother. therefore, we all concern such things like.
we are all brothers sudanese, ethiopian, somalian, eritrian, dijubitian.we have to unite and respect each other.lets go over the obstcale that appear betwen time to time.let us ignor the politician and their dirty politics no body love you all more than me let us joint hands and go foreward
Some Eritreans go around youtube and post nasty and divisive comments. It is so uncultured. Otherwise, I would like to thank the person who posted this beautiful song for us to enjoy.
Guys we are all Africans, lets make this place, a place for love, peace, and harmoney between us the AFRICAN BROTHERS. By the way any one knows the name of the guy in black suite, i met him in Dubai 6 years ago i think, any news from him? please.
What a wonderful song! I love you people of Sudan.Sayed Khaleef, may God bless you. Hearing his voice after so many years make me so happy and very emotional. Thanks a lot for the one who put this on YouTube.
You idiots, quit fighting and enjoy the frik'n song. Why can't we just get along ? Africa is going to rise... Listen to Bob Marley you stink'n ass idiots.. "Africa Unite"..
"Amhara" do not call your self Hebesha; you are not habesha; Historicaly Amhara didnt classified as hebesha...they were jut nomads ... Only Tigrinia aka Geez is Habesha! for more info about Hebesha, google Geez,Tigrinia,Eritrea or Tigray......
Are you an idiot? Seriously. Amhara were also an ancient group who spoke geez and were in the same group as Tigray. Geez speakers broke into two groups known as Tigrays and Amhara. Habesha are known as the group of Ethiopians who used to spoke Geez. Thats why Amharic and Tigrinya both have heavy influence from Geez more so for Tigrinya. Amharas just have a bit more influence from Cushitic groups than Tigray. Thats why the Tigray and Amharas have similiar a language, clothes, and customs.
DMAN16... I suggest you to read some books & do some research! Amhara are classfied as "Himyarites" read book by Getachew Mekonnen Hasen; If you are Amhara Dman16? you should be proude by your true origin...
Someone is scared to be related to Amhara. Look if you are from Tigray or Eritrea, we have a lot in common. I researched himyarites and that is a southern arabian kingdom. If Amhara are himyarites than damn well so are Eritreans and Tigrayans. Don't deny the similarity between us. We have similar languages, clothes, and culture overall. We are both Orthodox for crying out loud. I don't even know why you brought this up here. Don't talk about ethnic stuff in here. Just enjoy the music.
Good collaboration. Believe it or not we have many best singers in Sudan some of you might not be aware of. Singers like Alkably, Abdel Aziz Mubarak, Selah ibin albadya jus to name a few.
I am sudanese, and i grew up in addis ababa. going to khartoum and addis, its all the same. the people share the same blood, same kindness, and same values. that is why the music is always bonding.
Oh God Memories...hearing these songs gets me in tears. I just can't sit still whenever i hear Sayed's and Wardi's songs.. i grew up listening to these songs, My dad is a huge sudanese songs fan like every other Ethiopian i know. A pure talent, affection for the music and respect for each other's cultures bringing two nations together, such a beautiful thing. One love and thanks for uploading this clip!!
I couldn't agree for more than what you stated than saying Kelifa and Wardi were great ambassaders for our ...sister countries and people with different cultures but same heart
