Also, with how long careers in pro wrestling can be and how long careers in MMA can be, I doubt pro wrestling is a more taxing sport. There are guys in MMA who can throw kicks and knees so hard it can literally kill a regular person (lol, fight science).

That said I love pro wrestling and it is definitely dangerous on a more regular basis than MMA is.

They are going to do things that will lessen the impact. A prepared, focused strike is obviously gonna be more impactful on a stationary target, rather then a instinctful, heat of the moment, unplanned strike to a moving target.
