I have on in red, well its 17 shades of red now because its never been washed and its always parked outside, Its mostly original except for the xenon, already done 323.000 on it!
After I got rid of my huge Volvo 940, I decided for a good Japanese car: A Daihatsu Cuore (1999) of this type. 4 years old only, same green colour, only a 3 door version with original spoiler. It was beautiful! After I moved abroad, a family member bought it in 2005. She still has it and says it is the best car she has ever owned. I have the latest model Cuore now, but miss my green beauty at times. Everytime I see it, I fall in love with it again. :D
I used to own one. One of the best cars i owned. Only got rid coz the ex wanted a bigger car. Surprisingly quick and capable. I held off a Celica 190hp thing on the run to work one day. Couldn't keep up in the turns. That said, that could have just been down to driver ability. ;-). I'm looking at buying another and either fitting a turbo or some motorbike carbs. Think the carbs would sound orgasmic :-)
No lie - I have had this car for 9 years now with NO repairs ever ! only the normal service. And I really drive it :D Thinking of calling her Christine hehee..

I owned one of these for 4 years, no problems and was sad to see it go but rust got it in the end was just uneconomic to repair, looks sylish too.

I own a blue 2001 Cuore 2-door. Goes well, good quality, cheap to run...would recommend Daihatsu! Under-rated.
