    Thanks for this great review. Just 2 questions:

    3 – nautilus press (80, 100, 130)

    3 – pec deck machine (60, 70, 80)

    1) Are those weights per arm?

    2) Does it mean 1 set lifting 80 lbs, another lifting 100 and another lifting 130? Or does it mean 3 sets lifting 80, 3 others lifting 100 and 3 others lifting 130?

  • @madpaulmax Those are machines, so no they are not weights per arm. And yes, 1 set at each wait. Hope that helps!

  • i find it hard to believe that he lifted as much as it says he did. twenty-five reps of 165?? eight reps of 225? and he was only 155 lbs? three sets of 25 pullups?

  • could you reccomend some foods to eat that would be as good as the ones mentioned if that isnt too much trouble man, don't want to get bored eating brown rice everyday, if you could get back to me with some other alternatives that'd be great!

  • on monday he does 3 sets of 25 push ups, so you wrote 3 - 75. but on tuesday, did he do a total of 25 pull-ups or 3 sets of 25? cause that is some heavy stuff...

  • Hi mate thanks for the vid , going to give this a try, just wondering are u sure he was only 155 , cause I'm 5,10 and 170 and brad looks bigger than me ,, do u know if he had to get down to this weight was he still eating all that food

  • yea i have read up on Pitt's workout for fight club alot, every website says the same. I think you only added in about the visual impact muscle book at the end to sell it, you don't need the book, watching this video and commiting youself is enough, too much information will drive you crazy and mess with your focus

  • @waves14 yeah i would mix shoulders with chest, or back and biceps and chest and triceps

  • @arenapower07 hi, thanks for reply, I actually do this now: Mon - back! Tues - bi's and tri's! Wed's - football so 2 hours cardio! Thurs - Shoulders and Sat morning Chest (mixing in crunches and stomach most days..... I have noticed a difference in six weeks but still carrying a little tiny belly meat which I cant shift... is this down to diet as I eat very healthy with the odd indulgence??

  • @waves14 It could be down to things in your diet such as bread and wheat. maybe look into going gluten free, as gluten and wheat can cause that layer of fat to stick around with a lot of people, myself included. Am trying to cut out bread completely now.

  • thanks a load for the vid! i've a question though because i'm getting into road cycling and would like to incorporate this workout around it. is cycling as good a cardio workout as jogging? (i'm doing twenty to thirty km cycles on sunday mornings with my local club)
