Just let all of them in! The reason they sneak in is because the government has too many bureaucratic hoops to jump through. If this were the 1800s and these were slaves escaping the south would you want the government to ship them back?

The states, (WE the People), created the federal government. That which is created can never become greater than its creator. Originally, just powers were granted to persons from each state, who by oath of fidelity and defense, became stewards of the 17 narrowly defined federal powers and NO more.

What we have today, in practice, is a "federal" gov that rules by fear and force, rather than the consent of the governed.

I never understand guys like this one!

First they will say "WE have to protect the CONSTITUTION ", we have to enforce the laws and deport all the hard working immigrants!

Then when it comes to the children of immigrants who are born in USA, and according our Constitution are citizens, than they say "We have to change the Constitution"!

Those people are such hypocrites!

All we need is just and humane immigration reform!
