The ladies at the animal's hospital tries to talk to Flower that they are okay and will take care of her till she dies. At about 2:20, you will see Flower stands up and matches her eyes with the ladies as if she is saying "thanks" to them which she never did.

The old dog, Flower has been acting like a ghost at the animal hospital since she was found on the street with a serious tumor in her stomach. The workers at the hospital wanted to see why Flower didn't want to eat, play, nor even repond to them, but just staring at the wall side. Heidi tried to talk with Flower and found that Flower just wanted to be alone feeling exausted with her disease and aging. Flower also didn't want to be burden to the ladies.
