  • This not how these Italians cook their chicken. Thumbs up from Milan.

  • It came out as crispy and tasty as advertised, Thank you BBQ Pit boys

  • 2000.000.000.000.000.000.000.000.000.000.000.000.000.000.000.000 calories, but looks really tasty.....;)

  • There's that damn music again. I've watched all of your videos from the beginning to this point. I hope that somewhere in the near future somebody caught this and toned it down cause' this is getting annoying. I'm trying to learn something here. The pit master is trying to teach something. If we want to listen to a free concert we'll get our blanket and go sit on the grass at the downtown park.

  • Damn... I hate facebok for not being able to push "good" more than once......!

    Looking good :-)

  • like the video

  • BBQ ya gotta love it!

  • what's the difference between: apple cider and apple cider vinegar?

  • Mighty fine eatin' right there!

  • ahaha! i cereali per la colazione con la carne! buono..

  • hell im hungry :)...awesome work, you rock good sir..

  • Thumbs up throughout are cool as hell. Great vids man.

  • hmmm mmm that looks gud! i would reduce some cider with a little brine and make a apple sauce to go on top...but why mess with a good thing.great videos fellas.

  • I made this and followed the recipie to the T and it tasted bland to me. Maybe I did something wrong. I felt a hour and a half wasn't long enough for chicken to marinade.

  • xcausticgodx, you answered your own comment.....the longer the marinade, the more flavor. If you listened to the vid, you would have learned that this vid teaches more about technique than specific ingredients, and encourages you to add more spices and heat if that is your preference. -BBQ Pit Boys

  • wow , nice vid i cant stop watch it tell end , it's FUN , even if u dont wanna do it ,, REALLY donnu why ? :(

  • I made this chicken twice using your method verbatim. It is outstanding!!

  • Thank you luisanwart! Here in Brazil we have a sipce for chiken called FONDOR. I think i can use that for this recipe. THX!

  • He called it poultry seasoning ( / bird seasoning)... No idea what spices are in it.

  • That looks so good, and the weather is so nice outside. I just might try this in a few hours!

  • From one Chef to another...

  • love you guys! always creative with the bbq.

  • it looks good i wonder how its tast ? hmmmm

  • I have found as a farmer that birds with bigger peckers are more tasty than ones with a little one. Most hens have smaller ones it seems. My dad said roosters have big ones for fighting and hens need small ones for pecking?

  • i guess size does matter, eh BillyBop? Welcome to our Pit! :) -BBQ Pit Boys

  • hahaahah

  • If only I had a decent barbecue myself. :(

  • i find it interesting that the narration is more like thought than informational step

  • As always, that looks GUUD!

  • Holy hell. This is the first time A featured video was actually good.

  • That really looks nice

  • I just made this and just got done eating. This has got to be THE BEST grilled chicken recipe I've ever made. Thank you BBQ Pit Boys! You're the greatest!

  • Sweet looking chicken guys!

I think that an egg would have been better than butter though.

  • what charcoil do you guys use? i tried my first charcoil BBQ the other day, but im a bbq cub so i dont know what im doing much...i had ceramic charcoils with lighter fluid and some hikory on top, i couldnt light those charcoils up to save my life... i even started a fire in the BBQ and still didnt work......what is this newbie doing wrong?

  • im no expert but i think ceramic charcoals are for gas grills, try out kingsford.

  • hey en3rgieboy, you're listening to too much Big Profit Health Industry propaganda. It's a well known fact that food from the open fire reduces stress levels in men, and their women. That adds several years to the life span. Eat more BBQ (:

  • It's not too cold for flies in Minnesota it still gets up to the 80s.

  • Plate those up with some mash potatoes, and broccoli with cheese. MMMM

  • there is never a fly in one of their videos.. and the cook outside!

  • there in minnesota its to cold for flys

  • maybe add a cup of Jack to that brine.....with that all american breakfast cereal!! lol 5 stars

  • Did he just put hot brine on cold chicken?

  • yea, but the pit boys know their stuff.
