I agree that Royce just has a better flow overall than Jay-Z but on this song I think Jay-Z stayed on topic a little better, not to mention his lyrics were a little more real.
"I had to hustle, ashy knuckles, gotta vent/ Lot of innocent lives lost on the project bench/ What you hollering gotta pay rent bring dollars in/" I would have liked to seen Eminem brought out Royce to the original version with him or Brought him out (Royce) let him did his verse along with Jay on stage. When he (Eminem) and Jay-z had those two concerts going on that would have been a good look!

But to me personally I think Royce was just showcasing how much of a great lyricist he is man he is so UNDERRATED. As for Jay-z I'm a young hov fan all day but he was just addressing his point of view on situations and life experiences also addressing the haters it was still a dope verse.
