I was really shocked about Gin's moments of his true intentions.. I was all like "hella awesum come back, Gin!" He had his farewells with Rangiku when they fought, and he did try to get Aizen killed but... it was wasted effort. Still he was amazing and the entrance scene of Ichigo pure awesumness together with the crying holding scene of Gin + Rangiku!

@TeNsHiNeKoMiMi Well, look at it this way. Gin was... to put it lightly, a bit of a jerk. Sure, he may or may not have had noble intentions, but he killed people. In the end, he attempted to perform an act that, were it to succeed, would have saved the world. Maybe he was a villain, but at least he got a bit of redemption in death. Unlike Tousen, who just sort of blew up.

When Gin "betrayed" the Soul Society, I always thought he must be up to something. Never did I know that he was doing this for Rangiku, but it all fits now. Gin has always been and will be my favorite character, next to Hitsugaya and Rangiku of course!

Personally, I really didn't like the way that they did Gin's death scene. At first, I was like "oh, this is really beautiful" but, then they cut it off without Matsumoto even having a chance to talk to him, and they didn't really have a "goodbye moment". :(

It was bam, Gin's dead, then Ichigo storms into the scene and they totally forget about him and Matsumoto. :(
