@ChristForever154 i got mine for 50$ i got one of the more cheaper ones. if you do want a tablet, i wouldnt sugest getting a genius tablet like mine. get a bamboo one. just, go on amazon and look around. i hope you find somthing! ^-^

Genius and Trust tablets just screw the hell up. srs i recommend getting a Wacom, Bamboo. Don't get a giant one because there's no point, big large their all the same. I have a Wacom Bamboo Fun Small~

do you know how to open a pre-made outline and paste the white as transparent.

open it in paint and click "edit" at the top then"select all". Click transparency and then paste it wherever you want. Hope that helped :)

when you save it, you have to save them i JPEG format :3

Hm, that's funny; you use the pen tool differently from me. I use the pen tool, but then I use the anchor tool to make the lines curved.
