A brilliant song, which makes you think. If you like this, you'll like 'Run of the Mill' by 'Judas Priest' from 1974, or 'Too old' by 'Andromeda' from 1969...same kind of lyrics really. A true masterpiece, and the guitar talks to you during the solo!!!!
@TheMissionaryboy Yeah I found it on that same Sounds album myself... a great gem of a track, a classic 70's power ballad, with some neat guitar work and vocal harmonies. Shame no-one produces material as good as this these days eh? Another classic for the playlists.
Great song -- they've got the Crosby, Stills, Nash & Young harmony thing going on. When I was a university student, I sang with a couple of guys & we did it too and it's amazing how it produces that signature sound if all singers do their parts properly. But it is not so easy -- takes lots of practice and a good ear ... Mike
Great song, played this a dozen times today

My favorite of their LPs, but I wouldn't get rid of any of them.

One of my all-time favourite tracks. Found it on a sampler album given away free with 'Sounds' magazine many years ago.

I listened to this constantly after I blew my A levels - not sure it helped! But a great song nevertheless.
