  • Since when were we permitted to celebrate our prophet s.a.w birthday??/

  • Celebrating The Prophet (SAW) Is Nafl Ebadah. There Is Nothing Wrong With It. The Prophet Muhammad (SAW) Celebrated His Birthdat As He Fasted Every Monday. Also Allah Ta'ala Told Us In The Quran To Celebrate His Days. The Days He Sent Down Niyamah. Surely The Prophet Coming To This Earth Is Niyamah.

    Quran 014.005

  • Also What Is Wrong With Celebrating It. Is There Anything Wrong With Speaking About When He (SAW) Was Sent To Us? Is There Anything Wrong Abut Holding Mahfils On This Day? Is There Any Wrong With Sending Salat O Salam To Him On This Day?

The Prophet(SAW) Coming To This Earth Is Something To Be Happy About. It Is Something To Remember And Mark.

May Allah Ta'ala Grant You And The Rest Of The Wahabies Hidayah.

  • Hmm, Ameen to your dua but please don't forget to include yourself..

Don't you recollect what happened to the accursed, when he prayed for all the angels except himself, and now what is the outcome of that soul!!

He was known as Azazeel, whom left no place in the heavens untouched without the worship of Allah..

Consequently, it is Sunnah to pray for one self also...InshAllah

  • An, Sorry, didn't quite get that?? Wahabi??

whom are you referring too? Al-Wahab is one of the beautiful names of Almighty Allah,' The giver of all things'!! :)

According to the Ulema, there are two answers to whether, it is permissible to celebrate our beloved prophet s.a.w Birthday.

  • Firstly, After the death of the prophet s.a.w, none of the Sahaba's celebrated his Birthday an there is NO PROOF that, any of the Sahaba's celebrated his Birthday..

By this, one comes to the conclusion that, it is completely against Islam to celebrate his birthday. It is against the Qur'an and the traditions of the Sunnah!!

  • An also, the Day of our beloved Prophet s.a.w birthday marks another occasion, When he RETURNED TO ALLAH!! So, now you tell me, what is there to celebrate???

Hope that has answered ur query.. inshAllah

May Allah s.w. guide us all to the truth ..ameen

Besides, truly the right way is clearly distinct from error!! Alhamdulillah

  • The Prophet SAW said: My life is good for you, and my death is good for you!!!

  • SubhanAllah, he really said that??? WAW an I wonder what he actually meant by that??

Firstly if you don't mind me asking, Are you a learnt Scholar?? If so, Please can you elaborate on that specific Hadith and reference please..

If not, Please don't be a blind follower and use the sayings and teachings of our beloved prophet s.a.w completely out of context!! :)

  • Hayati khayrul lakum tuh-dithuna wa yuh-dathu lakum wa-wafati khayrul lakum tu'radu a'malukum 'alayya fama ra'aytu min khayrin hamidtu ALlaha wa-ma ra'aytu min sharrin istaghfartu ALlaha lakum.

"My life is better for you, if you bring up new matters then new matters will be brought to you. My death is also better for you, for your actions are shown to me, and if I see goodness in them I will praise ALlah and if I see evil in them I will ask for His forgiveness for you".

  • I'm Not A Scholar But I Do Think MarufAhmed91 Might Be Able To Tell You The Hadith Reference. I Got This From A Renowned Mufti From Bangladesh. Mufti Giyash Uddin Choudhury (Sahebjada Fultali).

  • We Celebrate The Fact That He Was Born On That Day. And Read The Comment Below.

  • With all due respects, I think your missing the POINT!!! Why don't you have a close look at my comments and ONLY then share your views!! :))

  • I Have Already Told You The Prophet (SAW) Himself Celebrated His Birthday.

  • EXCUSE ME! With all due respect, WHERE ON EARTH DID YOU AQUIRE THAT 'FABRICATED' STATEMENT FROM????

  • Abu Qatada al-Ansari narrates in Sahih Muslim, Kitab as-siyam, that the Prophet was asked about the fast of Monday, and he answered: "That is the day that I was born and that is the day I received the prophecy."

  • I Say Wahabi As In The Followers Of Muhammad Ibn Abdul Wahab.

  • JazakAllah For Saying That

But Obviously We All Pray For Ourselves I Do. May Allah Also Increase My Knowledge.

Anyway That Wasnt The Point Was It. Why Have You Changed The Subject?
