I hate when people talk about the screen size of the Galaxy Nexus. IT'S 4.5" unless you play movies since those stupid on screen buttons take up .15" I'ts a friggin marketing ploy. so minus the onscreen button (aside from video playback) it has the exact same size screen as the Epic 4G Touch or Skyrocket LMAO. I told this to a Verizon rep in-store and he measured and was like "hmmm you have an excellent point". still a killer device by any standard, I just hate fake specs.

I thought the s2 was better till i thought about how it doesn't have 4g lte support which is a shitload faster than 4g..... so you would get the nexus so you can have the faster internet....

@KaiStephens theoretical speeds are pretty close. 4g Speed is not the problem. Problem lies in the FQ that Sprint uses and the 3g is in desperate need of an overhaul. How fast do you really think your phone needs to get to the internet? Anything over 4 to 5mbps is overkill. Well unless you are actually tethering 8 pcs. Otherwise just a marketing ploy of fanboys to fight over. I perfer the Exynos over the TIOMap anyday.

The epic screen usable space is larger 75 percent of the time because the nexus buttoms on the bottom are making the usable part of the screen 4.3 the epic is always 4.52 where as the nexus is larger only when watching movies and shit like that

No offense to anybody but i fined their UI is sorta cheesy looking at times! i use LauncherPro/ADW EX so i have 3 different settings to choose from. i like to switch back and forth. i was just wondering if your able to fuck around with the GN like you would with the Samsung or like my Atrix and do you know if the Atrix will be one of the phones receiving the ICS update? I'm debating on buying one of these phones out right, and Samsung seems to be the king of android.GN seems to be really laggy!

Aaron i use the Motorola Atrix. now that Motorola has gotten rid of MOTOBLUR, and has recently put out the gingerbread update. i fined that even tho the Atrix (#1) doesn't have the beautiful AMOLED display. I'm super happy with the 4" HD LCD 540X960 screen, but really would like to have the new OS, 4.0 ICS particularly on the GN. I've watched vids of ppls GS2 and i'm slowly starting to be more interested but i don't really care for the UI Samsung uses......
