I pretty much only played this and there was another c64 title where you could man a bunch of positions inside a flying fortress. That was the last I played flight 'sims' until i picked up DCS: black shark the other week.
Things have gotten rather complicated in the years between huh? :D
If you had any footage of that flying fortress game i'd love to see it for nostalgia's sake. I can't even remember exactly what it was called or I'd look out the rom.
Hey I think I found that game, turns out it wasn't a fortress but a lancaster, game was called 'dam busters'. I wonder if my c64 is still packed up in the loft somewhere..
Trivia: This game had a bug in it that would let you fly off the radar. If you went off the bottom and then flew over the word FUEL, as you passed over the letters, they would show up as targets on the ground and you could bomb them.
The original code was 53k.

I am an avid of simulation, I think I've touched everything that was produced.
I play a lot with Falcon, Lock On, IL2 and I discovered Black shark too:)
